2 Meredith and her team Cecilia and Mary are always so personable, and get to know the family members on a first name basis. This is huge! Communication is always their number one priority and I always get a callback the same day. Making this transition for a family member is never easy but choosing them has been seamless. They do take that extra step in making you feel confident your loved one is in great hands. The residents are all well taken care of, always clean and in a relaxed setting. Whenever I visit I greet everyone and seeing all the residents in a good mood and
cheerful is a good sign that the staff as a whole go above and beyond.
The staff at The Opal provided outstanding, loving care to my father inlaw. The communication was excellent. We couldn't have asked for any better care. We were treated like family. It was always clean. Highly recommended.
