They need serious help triaging orders and anticipating demand. I waited 30 minutes for my order of three bagels and they got the order wrong. Avoid this place on weekends and especially holidays.

Not one person there knows a thing about customer. Unfortunate, because I used to eat here all the time. I will definitely be going to a different location after today.

Hubby went for 4 bagels today and was told "we have 32 Uber Eats orders 1st" and made him wait 50mins for our take out is insane. Almost as insane as the ladies who found long black hairs in their bagels and took the manager 15 mins to address them seated in the place. Never going back here again. Get it together!

I moved from New York to Florida and miss the bagels there and I found this excellent bagel place and great service.

Ordered food online to expedite the process. Arrived at the pick up counter only not to be acknowledged and had to ask for assistance because the three people behind the counter seemed to focus on anything other than the customers. I had 5 people in line give their orders and leave in the time I stood there to pick up an order that was already made. Then I leave and open my order once which was not properly prepared. Bear in mind, the order was placed online and not a misinterpretation from a verbal order. Food was ok, but I will not be returning. There are dozens of better options.

So I decided to take a 20 min bike ride to pick up bagels. I forgot my mask. When I got there (9: 11am) I called the store from outside and said I don't have a mask and I came for bagels and muffins. The girl said sorry we can not serve you without a mask. (excuse #1) I said again I am outside your door and waved. She replied there is no way for me to make a transaction with a card outside the door. (excuse #2) I said thank you and was hung up on before I could say I was paying cash. (that's two different excuses) One customer is at the register and I think one was at the coffee counter. No other customers in the store. You would think there would be some kind of customer courtesy, but in my opinion there will be none when laziness is involved. I go to this Brooklyn Bagel restaurant maybe 2 times a week. I never complain even though sometimes there were small issues I kept quiet about. Even when there was a employee not wearing a mask. So what I did was go across the street to Strathmore, and they happily helped me outside. I guess that's the new place to go and will tell all family and friends what happened at Brooklyn Water Bagel.

Terrible customer service. Refused me service.

Edit to add: the owner reached out and rectified the situation. Went to the Northlake location and received great customer service.

I cant get enough of this place! That jalepeno cream cheese is so good! And those cubsters! However thought of those coffee ice cubes is a freaking genius! Love love love

Ordered here a total of three times and the last two times were wrong. The first time they messed up, they put the order on the wrong bagel and skipped the bacon I paid extra for, and this time they completely excluded an item I paid for and threw a loose pickle in the bag that got squished and left everything in the bag covered in pickle juice and mush. It was beyond disgusting. Never again.

Thank you to the Manager and Staff at Brooklyn Water Bagels for taking such wonderful care of the staff at SHC of Palm Beach. You brightened everyone's day and made them all feel special. Your kindness and love are boundless!

Bagels are excellent, favorite is Russian seeded! Everything whole wheat, sesame flagel, garlic, onion and salt bagels are good too. Fish spreads are excellent. Highly recommended and we will be going back!

Has it really been a month since I've been here, on my second (breakfast) date. With the SAME guy! I must be getting old. Pass the ketchup, I'll have what she's having.

Not impressed. They forgot the avacado on my chicken bacon avacado wrap. Didn't give me the coleslaw, or pickle that comes with it. The everything bagel is very salty.

The ambiance is just like a small bagel shop from NYC. I loved it. The LOX bagel was like the ones I’ve had when I lived up north. Nice to have such a place close by.

Nice little place for quick breakfast. It is one of the places around that is open a little earlier than most.

I really love this Brooklyn Bagels but was disappointed with an order I picked up today. The dozen bagels didn't seem to match my order were not cut as requested. I also ordered Chocolate Muffins and received plain muffins with a few chocolate chips on top.: (I realize this was a busy Christmas day but wouldn't have liked to receive what I ordered.)

Disgusting location. Went there on a Sunday and about half the tables were open. Every single open table was covered in crumbs and trash. We had to clear off a table on our own just to sit and eat (we were starving). The floor was equally filthy. Not once while we were there did a single employee come out to clean anything. They weren't even busy.

The bagels are awesome. The staff is friendly. I tried the chicken salad sandwich and it was very tasty.

I love the Cubstah Coffee and the jalapeño cream cheese on an asiago bagel. Usually crowded in the morning but quick friendly service.

Everything I get here is delicous. Only complaint i have is there is not enough salt on the salt bagel. But i am sure this is due to other cuatomers ordering a salt bagel and then complaining there is too much salt on the salt bagel. This has happended at a few places i used to get a real salt bagel. Its a SALT bagel of course there is too much salt, that is the point.
