Great bagels! Nice variety of bagels.
Had the "Williamsburg" {cream cheese, lox, red onion, and tomato} on a garlic bagel. ONLY PROBLEM is whoever made the sandwich loaded one side with the lox, and none on the other.so I had to remake the sandwich. BUT STILL VERY GOOD!
Daughter had a cream cheese bagel with plain cream cheese.she loved it! Which says a lot.we are New Yorker's, we know our bagels.
Pass on the "genuine" egg cream UNLESS you know how to make one.they are "make it yourself" by following their directions on the wall. Yea.nope, they should have staff making this beverage. An old time soda jerk is needed.

One person in the kitchen on a Saturday morning. A single bagel toasted took 10 minutes to come out. Ridiculous. When I said something the response was “we have one person back there. ”

Best bagels, great variety, since I loved in Brooklyn. Conterhelp was polite and help (young gentleman)
Normally love the food. I ordered online for an in store pickup. The food wasn’t out when I was told it was ready. After calling, one of the servers brought out my order. Unfortunately the order was completely messed up and was missing the coffee. Then, the server messed up the coffee. What is normally a convenient way to eat breakfast, turned into a very frustrating experience.
Was an absolute nightmare this morning. And the staff looked like they couldn’t care any less. Awful. People were leaving in line. Zero hustle.
Good as usual but the place was dirty. Napkins on the floor and tables weren't cleaned from people eating before.
I had a bagel and asked for butter.
This was 75¢ more are they kidding. I Wii not go back, there loss.

Good bagels. Price is high for amount of food u get. Add a few more slices of Taylor ham to sandwich to start. Quality bagels. Clean establishment. Good coffee.
Price point for food offered is only complaint.
Love this place! I wish they would open up closer to home in St Lucie West! Maybe where Bagel Break was in Publix Shopping Center.
Good, but I find that bagels down here in FL are far too big and poofy. NY bagels are smaller and more dense and chewy.

When I visited this place from the West Coast a year and a half ago and before that it was awesome filled with bustling fun New Yorkers great atmosphere as well as layout and design. My last visit six months ago the place was a graveyard they redid the interior space which was a big mistake and now it’s lame and I’ll never go back. Why in the hell did you guys mess whether
working formula is beyond me? !
They have the best bagels in South Florida, but the amount of customer service that you receive should be a lot better. Again the bagels are good but they are (not NY bagels).
