I love having breakfast here, it's part of a perfect morning for me, like the pancakes here never get old, IT'S SO TASTY and the place it's always clean and neat. Also Shout outs to Eli for being such a great waiter.

This place was amazing, service was great and food was very tasty, our server spoke spanish and was very polite and genuinely wanted to make us feel at home, his name is Eli, we didn’t wait a long time even though I forgot to make reservation. Definitely coming back again!

Loved coming here over the weekend to have a nice breakfast with my family. I’d like to point out that Nathaly was SO helpful during our time here. She was so sweet and went above and beyond for us! I will definitely be coming back

I love going every week with my family. I usually get Santiago as my server and he is super nice with us and he is always willing to recommend something for us. I 100% recommend going there. Very pleasant customer experience.

This Southwest Ranches is the best! The food is excellent, staff is friendly and very accommodating. We had the pleasure of having Gaby as our waitress. She was phenomenal! Couldn’t have had a better experience.

I love coming on the weekends with family and friends for breakfast! One of the employees, Eli was extremely friendly and attentive, making sure our experience was satisfactory! Will be coming back for sure for his friendly service.

My go-to for great breakfast and even greater service! One of their employees by the name of Nathaly is what keeps us coming back every time though. She is so kind, attentive, and hilarious! Always making sure we’re having a good time. When she’s around we always feel welcome.

I ordered some food to go for my family, my personal favorites are the links and the eggs. Santiago is the one that always picks the phone up for my orders, he is a very respectful and hard working person and makes sure that my food is well prepared and that my experience is top quality, would totally recommend!

Great place to enjoy breakfast with family. Our food was delicious and arrived quickly. Nathaly was our hostess and I cannot say enough good things about her! She was very helpful and attentive My family and I will be returning soon.

Today I went to the restaurant and everything was so good and Worth it. The waiter Mayi was so good and friendly. I had so fun and we eat delicious. The restaurant was pretty clean and the restrooms as well. I would recommend it 100%

Nathaly is the most professional hostess I’ve ever encountered. She knows EVERYTHING about pancakes, I’m not joking EVERYTHING. Please, if you ever wonder how, when, what, and even WHY pancakes, she WILL have the answer. I have a strong feeling she even invented those things in her past life. If you ever question pancakes, she WILL change your mind.

My family and I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. They recently added gluten free options to their menu which is awesome and keeps me coming back. If you go ask for Gaby, she is the sweetest and attentive host.

Everything was great except I had an additional "Covid charge" which I didn't agree with or was told about until I asked, I was told that it was an extra charge for the staff whose wages were affected by the pandemic, sorry one year plus of two types of unemployment, federal assistance for the employers and the consumer gets an extra charge, no way jose!

I stopped in for breakfast at this original pancake house recently while visiting my family in Florida. I must say they put IHOP to shame. Their pancakes and omelets are terrific. The service was outstanding, I believe my waitress name was Mayi. She was attentive and very friendly. I highly recommend.

Food is good/okay. Services, not so good.

I started with 4 star than changed to 1.
Now, I want to put - 1 star for adding automatic service charge 15% and suggest put tip as well.
I understand service industry is suffering due to employee issues but this is not right.
With terrible service and automatic service charge on top of bill.
NEVER COMING BACK!

I wanted to write to you because we finally stoped at your restaurant for breakfast. I have to say that we were impressed with the food, how fast we received our food and especially the service. Fanny, our waitress is a gem! She really knows the menu and suggested items on the menu. She truly made our first visit amazing. We look forward to our next visit.
