Our experience with The Orlando Law Group have been exceptional in all respects. Attorney Sophia Dean is an expert in her field and handled our case. We had meetings with her and she explained the process to us and answered all our questions and addressed our concerns promptly. She remained 8n contact with us from the beginning all the way to a very satisfactory outcome for us. Mike Acosta is a highly experienced and knowledgeable Paralegal. He was very patient and thorough in walking us through the process and was always there with a phone call. Thank you so much for all you did for us.

EDIT to add: The business response is trying to reframe what actually happened. Yes the employee asked to see documents, but she assured me that once they saw the documents they would be able to give me an answer on whether we had a case. I sent the documents. And after a month of waiting to hear back about those documents I was told simply that they were unable to assist. No reason. I was clear from the very beginning that I likely wanted to litigate so if that is the reason for them not wanting to assist me they should have told me at the initial phone call. The fact that the employee that I spoke with also has two disabled children makes this even more egregious. The fact that they could abandon a fellow mother of a disabled child in her time of need without the help she needed or even the simple answers she was promised is. Heartless to say the least. I couldn't live with myself knowing I did that to a fellow special needs mother.

Spoke on the phone and was led to believe that they genuinely cared for our case and could help me. I was very clear that the #1 thing I wanted to know was whether we had a case and was told over the phone they will be able to tell me. After sending by documents and waiting a month to here back, I got the response that they are "unable to assist" and that was it. I requested multiple times what the reason was they couldn't assist me. Did we not have a case? Does the attorney not have time? I specifically mentioned that they told me they would be able to tell me if we had a case, but they refuse to answer my questions. I could have spent the last month seeking other legal counsel but I didn't because they assured me they could give me some kind of answers. Incredibly unprofessional and uncaring.

I cannot say enough good about my team at The Orlando Law Group! If there were 10 stars to give, I would. Marsha helped me through one of the most difficult things in my life. She helped communicate effectively with my ex-wife’s less than cooperative attorney in a very eloquent, but firm way. She did not back down and did not allow the other party to take advantage. She even helped clean up issues that were caused by my previous attorney. I truly owe a great deal to Marsha and the team and would 100% recommend them to anyone seeking legal advice or litigation.
