An office assistant just got charges of a Second degree felony, against her for stealing over $20,000 from patient trust accounts! This happened when the facility was named The Palms Nursing and Rehab! Do not take your lives one to the facility

Under new management, staff is coming around and doing their best with what they have. Couple months from now it will be night and day from last year.

Literally anyone with black scrubs that doesn’t work here can walk in. Very dangerous. Please be careful.
