The Park at Palazzo Apartment Homes, Lakeland FL

I’ve been living here for almost a year and I absolutely love my apartment. I transferred to a larger unit recently and Olivia was a God sent in making the transition smooth and effortless. One year down! Another to go!

I love my huge one bedroom with a den. Quiet and peaceful living here. Best part is daisy office manager she knows her job and get it done in a rush.

I was attended by Daisey and she was incredible with me. Great experience and is very probably that I’m gonna take the apartment. The place is gorgeous. Thank you very much.

Moved in a week ago and Olivia truly made the process as seamless as possible! I was nervous, as I am new to Lakeland, but she was a welcoming energy that I really needed! I wasn't too happy about being on the 3rd floor, but hey I'll get my steps in at least. I'm excited about this new journey in my life.

I don't even live there and immediately changed my mind from the way "Elizabeth" answered the phone. She answered practically yelling, as if my call was unwanted and a distraction to her. I proceeded to tell her I'm inquiring about the available units I saw on-line, she told me in an aggressive tone that she had other calls or issues (something) before her and I would have to wait. I never had the chance to say "okay, thank you" before I was slammed on hold and music playing. I IMMEDIATELY hung up. I may (and that's pushing it) try to call again. How dare you charge such an astronomical amount of rent and be so rude!

Terrible price for terrible service. Easily the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Staff is awful and never helpful. Move to the shore right up the road way better for nearly identical prices. I’d give it a 0 if I could but I’m forced to one star. L complex

Edit: They won’t change, don’t listen to the response. I’ve lived there and I promise you they don’t listen and don’t care about you. Like I said, there are PLENTY of other great apartments in North Lakeland alone (Carlton arms, The Shore) that are either cheaper or same price with way better service. I hope I go the rest of my life without speaking to you guys again, I’d die happy.

1800 rent for a 900 worth apartment. 150 dollar late fee first time offense.
Wasn't cleaned when we moved in.
Mold under the fridge. Vent panel meant to mount on ceiling slapped on side vent. Hair bush, hair, and.something in the drawer. Closet door mount broke in one week of move in. I dont smoke, but my neighbor ensures I have second hand.
The front design is misleading and just like a car dealership personality. Nice up front, don't give a crud later, rooms are bad. Photos to add later.

I've lived in all types of places. A brand new closer to Disney same price. Old broken college dorms.

Legit most disappointing rental I've ever had.

The staff is amazing and very helpful, they are very professional and try their best to address every issue that comes in. The property is beautiful and welcoming.definitely the place to live.

I came from a cold northern state and I wanted to live some where nice, beautiful and always sunny. This area has done it for me. I had a chance to meet the wonderful staff and tour the lovely apartments. Highly recommended place to live for those who appreciate the beauty and care they put into servicing your needs.

I was wondering about a 2b 2b at the time I wasn't able to do a walk through do to my job but Elizabeth Latorre was so helpful by walking through one for me on A zoom call so thankful super clean living area

I have lived at this property for almost 9 years now! I started in a 1x1 and moved up to a 3x2, the floor plans are super spacious and everyone in the office is always very kind and helpful! We love it here.

Just moved in and I absolutely love it! Totally beats living in Maryland) beautiful pool, gorgeous lake to sit and bird watch at. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Very happy I picked this location. Also, typically in apartment living you hear neighbors but I haven’t heard a peep! I even had a neighbor grab my package for me and left a note on my door for me to grab it from her! Great start here!

Expensive, old appliances

They didn't answer their phone, lol. Very typical. Also, they kept my deposit despite the place being in amazing condition. They'll steal your deposit for basic things like "cleaning" and "deodorizing" (the place was completely cleaned before leaving).

Constant issues. As others have mentioned about security, maintenance and staff. When moving out they added over $200 dollars worth of cleaning charges and are holding my deposit. When I called to ask for details the property manager offered no details or justification. When I asked for the issue to be escalated or to speak to someone who could explain the charges I was turned down. Very poor experience and would no recommend moving into this complex.

We just moved out about 4 months ago after living at the Park at the Palazzo for several years. I've never been happier to be rid of a place in my life. While most of my time there was uneventful, there were issues. When they put in the granite countertops my window looked at a construction zone for almost a year. While they cannot control contractors, they can move a mess for a postponed project. The pool was littered with people who did not live there and something was almost always out of order or unusable. Getting them to fix various things in my apartment was a joke towards the end. We had planned to renew a few months back (because I don't care for too much change but that's another story) they retracted the offer of $1289 to over $1500. I was paying $1119. I kept my apartment clean, paid my rent on time every time, and didn't add the to noise and mess outside from the people who don't clean up after their dogs. We moved out and over 4 months later I receive a letter from collections stating that I owed $200 for cleaning, including $95 for carpet cleanings they at times skipped over the course of 10 years. I never received a notice until collections sent the letter. They had my new address and my parent's address and I don't buy it when they said they sent the bill to me back in December.

Oh.and they never fixed the AC. You've been warned.

When I was moving out then they change the lock of apt f 202 and I had stuff that I really needed and now I have to buy all that stuff agin and they also have bad customer service. And the Fostility is very very dirty.

The maintenance become worst and they don’t even care when you reach multiple times and keep telling you the silly reasons to avoid. They are very nice while moving and not while you are moved. I’m having a very very very worst experience now. The response from manager is rude and they don't care about you and your issues but they want to be charged for all the things which falls under maintenance.

Homeless people sleep by the pool, windows get busted out weekly, gates might or might not work, packages get stolen from your front door, since they got new management it went downhill fast, would never recommend anyone to move here! Trash stacked up into the road, the people in the office are so rude and have no idea what they’re doing, not to mention they bribe people to leave good reviews

What you see is not what you get. Bait and switch. Show you a beautiful Model apartment and put you up in section 8 housing for $1625/ month for a 2Bed 2Bath.
Maintenance will NOT fix anything if they do they will need to come back 2-3 times to get it correct.

Would Not Recommend to my worst Enemy.
