The Park at Parma Apartment Homes reviews
8Been here 2 years when my ac went out they put a mobile unit in an got it replaced in one day
Beautiful place and wonderful staff! Unfortunately it was too far from where I wanted to be!
The staff is Friendly and caring. They help my mother carry groceries up to her apartment after her surgery. They seem to be getting a bad reputation from those who can't understand that life happens anytime things did happen my mother or I would report it an they would try to help as much as possible.
If you like water leaking from your ceilings, mold in your carpets, terrible painted interiors, A/C working when it wants, a gym that offers no way to workout, and Office Management who couldn’t care less than this is the place for you! Highly recommend.
This apartment complex is dumping eviction trash on New York Ave for it to be strewn around, exposed to elements, and get blown into a nearby waterway. They have not been responsive to previous complaints. They're treating their neighborhood and surrounding community like a garbage dump. Unfortunately this review doesn't allow for less than 1 star.
Apparently the property manager and worker think its ok to just dump trash on the side of the road that doesn't belong to them even know they have dumpsters on property already. They have done this many times now and it leads to all the trash and debris going into the water/canal where it can harm animals. Crazy to think they load it on a trailer bring it around fhe block and dump it when they could literally go one block further and be at the city dump. I have lived on there apartments back when it was under a different name and maybe it should have stayed under that management atleast they had more commonsense.
You get what you pay for but in saying that Tracy has been a big help as I move into a place by myself in over 10 yrs. He comes right over when I call with an issue, And Karen was wonderful showing me around the property. Only complaints I do have is light switches/outlets are still outdated- some of mine are popped in and out of the wall it looks like. The stand-up shower and tubs just need replacing with the plastic ones at this point instead of painted over. And ac units are a little outdated at least the wiring is. Like I said you do pay for what you get.
