The Park at Rialto Apartment Homes, Fern Park FL

When I first moved in, I loved the place. It had a cute older charm, the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained.now, 3 years later, and I am at my wits end- thank god our lease is almost up.for starters, my charming apartment has been overrun by roaches.the pest control provided every few months ($25 fee) is inadequate to address the problem. I’ve tried every bug spray imaginable, we never leave food or garbage out, these things are unstoppable.the quiet neighborhood has transformed into one of screaming, unruly children who destroy the nice landscaping, leave piles of garbage, and even pull down the lamp posts, and the parents encourage their behavior.even if I could look past all of this, I am now writing this after discovering a nail in my tire, for the third time. In the past year and a half, this will be the third time I’ve had to have a tire replaced, and while it’s not the most expensive repair to have done, I’m not living here because I’m rich- quite frankly, I don’t have the funds to constantly replace tires due to the carelessness of the maintenance team and leasing office.the people who work here are very nice people, but it doesn’t change the fact that in almost every way, living here has become a nightmare.

I've lived here almost two years. I would have to say that it's very peaceful and pleasant. I did have a problem with a neighbor but the staff tried taking care of it bu the rambunctious noisy disrespectful neighbor won. I moved as a result because the staff did not know how to take care of the problem.i loved this place but I was becoming sick as a result of the neighbors behavior to the point the police were involved 2 times. There are no bugs ever in this place and before this crazy neighbor it is constantly quiet. Definitely was a blessing for me but then a nightmare. I don't know about recommending this place to friends or family members. Janet from the office was always the most helpful she initially took care of my leasing paperwork and has also been there anytime that I had any questions or concerns. Thank you park of Rialto staff but ya'll need to do better with ongoing tenant complaints, not only listen to people but do something that works the problem out. It will make your place better.

The Park at Rialto is one of the not only Beautiful, Affordable near everything and best of all the Staff from the Manager, Asst. Manager, Maintenance and Leasing Team especially Janet she is an amazing person! The way she attended to your needs of what you’re looking for in an apartment she goes above and beyond! I’m glad I choose to live here she still treats everyone as if it’s our first time walking in to the office and always with a graceful smile. Thank you All for making my new home a place I call home! Many Thanks to Janet you’re an awesome person and I will recommend this place because of you!

I have lived here for over 3 years. I'm not renewing the lease because I got a house. Comfortable apts. I like mine fine. No problems, really. If I had not gotten a home, I would have renewed. Except, beware, the parking is ridiculous. The building I live in is close to the leasing office and all the employees park in the tenant's spaces, so there is never anywhere for the tenant's to park, and if your Handicapped it's an even bigger problem. There is no assigned parking, but more often than not, you come home from work and have to wait for the employees in the leasing office to go home before you have a place to park. You can report them. Ask them nicely, and they will park there deliberately. Not good! Also, if they tell you the air works in a one bedroom apt. It does not! It is a unit like you have in a hotel room. No Central air in 1 bedroom. Most 1 bedroom apts end up buying a window unit because they will not ever fix the units in the apts. They say they are too old and they can't get parts. I overlook a lot of things because there are only 4 people in my building, and I have lived in apts all my life. I know all my neighbors, and they all have the same complaints. It is cozy, though, and I feel pretty safe here for the most part. They do have lots of things to include the tenant's. Foodtrucks, etc. That is good.

Been here 8 yrs AC is horrible so is the repairs they do and please take down that new park no one uses it put a basketball court so the people that live here can do something were not 5

Its not a bad place you guys should add something nee like a basketball court where the swings and little park so more older kids can come out and stuff alot of people grew up

This place will tow your car and not tell you where it goes. They illegally tow your car put a sticker on it. I told him my car was tagged and they still took my car when I wasn’t home sneaky the office people dont help you there against you and roaches always here

Don’t fall for the fake 5 stars!

- Roaches EVERYWHERE (found them in the fridge and microwave!)
- Lubber grasshoppers all over the buildings and grasses
- Hornets and wasps
(once I got stung by a wasp while I was waiting for a lubber grasshopper to move from the building entrance door!)
- No central AC!
- The unit wasn’t cleaned up when I moved there! Hairs were everywhere! Yuck!

This complex should get demolished and rebuilt.

This is the worst apartaments on the world in very part of the apartament have cockroaches this is the same thing like live in the street

Just renewed for my 3rd year living here. Janet has been absolutely amazing. She has made the time I've lived here a pleasure. She is always friendly and very helpful. She is dedicated and cares for the residents here. She is definitely the highlight of my experience living here.
