The Parking Spot - (MCO Airport), Orlando FL

Always easy to work with, regardless of the hour. Was able to remotely reserve a spot when all on-airport parking was closed for my daughter who was nearly late for her flight. I reserved the spot, and texted her the QR code so she parked safely, quickly, and made it to her flight, with time to spare for Starbucks. I use them all the time.

First time using the parking spot. Great service, convenient, and drivers had fantastic attitude.

Super easy and fast to use. Also, the lot is big and well marked for quick access and easy access to a a parking space. Plus, their app was key in locating the driver for pickup

I know my car is safe when I leave it behind. With a reseervation & prepay, , iIt takes no time at all to check in or out of the lot. The airport shuttle pulls up behind your car within a minute after you park. The drivers are polite, efficient and help handle your luggage. I like the covered parking option.

The Parking Spot is my favorite lot! Their app makes it easy to make reservations and the QR code sent makes it easy and quick to enter and exit. Also, they clearly show your daily parking rate and the total. Their representatives and drivers are professional and friendly! Great operation in every way!

Absolutely no sense in using any other vendor. Service, ease of use, great employees. Not sure what can be better

The Parking Spot is convenient and easy and provides great value to the customer. Would highly recommend its use. Use of the Mobile App makes booking a spot in advance, arriving and departing a synch.

Only downside, you can't schedule car detailing services separately from your reservation if needed.

Drivers are super friendly and helpful. Never had to deal with long for next shirtless. We know our car was safe. All around great place

Pickup and delivery to and from the airport was quick and easy. Very little wait time. Super convenient.

Used to use them a lot. But they have increased their prices to several dollars per day MORE than the MCO economy lots (and that is even with a corporate discount I get). The shuttles at the MCO lots are more often and shorter. Why would anyone use this now?

Update after reply from owner: Your reply is useless and changes nothing about what I originally said. Yes, I looked at several reservations even as far out as Christmas. Price per day for uncovered parking is more than the MCO economy lots by several dollars per day now. A couple years ago, you guys were cheaper than the MCO economy lots, as it should be. Now you are more expensive than the more convenient MCO economy lots that have shuttles more often than you and the customer waits less time.

I’ve been a long time customer with MCO Parking Spot. At one time. The customer service and management was exemplary. In the last six months, the care, the timeliness of the shuttles and the professionalism has slowly eroded. I have had several instances of poor customer service met with apathy from management.
I awaited: 30 minutes in the premium lot to be picked up and two employees watched me scan my reservation, so it wasn’t like I snuck in. When I called to inform them that o had been waiting for almost 30 minutes. No apologies from the person who took the call. All they said was “we’ll send someone. ”

The Parking Spot has performed service as expected. The 3rd party, A&G detailing, did a great job!
