The Passport Office-Tampa

They did everything they said they would do. I had a Thursday meeting at the passport office and had my passport in hand mid day the following Wednesday that’s five days, not counting the Saturday and Sunday and I assumed when they promised 3 to 5 days that that only meant business days, so I was not disappointed. Considering everything they did I thought the price was well justified. I would certainly use them again, although I hope I never have that urgent need again!

Expensive service but extremely helpful and the goods were delivered as promised. Everything was taken care of professionally with the upmost consideration for my needs. I will use again

I ended up meeting one of the representatives. She asked if I had an appointment? I told her no, as I found your business online. It did not say it was necessary. She had explained that she was with a customer, but asked me to hold on for one moment as soon as she finished with her client, she helped walk me through the process, ensure that all my paperwork was correct, and explain the next steps. She was very easy to talk to, pleasant to sit with and, a wealth of knowledge!

What a wonderful experience at this office. It's by appointment and they do accept walkins as well. Ruth was beyond exceptional, her professionalism and great attitude made the process very smooth and love how she went above and beyond for our family 3 passports total. You get an email and text message once it's being shipped to you which was amazing. Go here for an amazing service

I feel relieved that my passport situation has been guaranteed to be taken care of before I will be required to give it for boarding on my cruise shortly. Alexa was so helpful and understanding. I can not recommend this place enough. I called prior a few times to ask questions and Alex was always kind and helpful. I went in on a Monday had my passport Fri morning. I read reviews of others passport services and I’m so glad I stuck with my intuition. Jose was awesome! You will not regret your decision here! I will recommend this place to everyone! DO NOT USE! They lost my sons Social Security Card in the process. I also paid for their expedited service and they did not get it to me on time. I had to drive down to Miami and do it myself for a same day passport. This service was absolutely terrible. If you need a passport and are in Florida I recommend you go to the Miami federal passport office and get in line at least 2 hours before they open their doors they will get you a passport same day without an appt. Do not use this service get it done yourself.

We had an unscheduled trip pop up with only 14 days' advance notice. This meant we also needed two new passports before the trip. Our only choices were to drive 5 hours to the passport agency in Miami and probably stay in a hotel for 2 nights, or try The Passport Office in Tampa. We are so glad we used this service and Ruth did an exceptional job for us- very professional, experienced and friendly. We had a bit of a complex scenario due to a recent name change but Ruth knew from experience which sets of documents would be best to send.
We received our passports in less than a week with no delays and had a great experience with their team from start to finish.

I had a 10 o’clock appointment with Alexa at The Passport Office in Tampa. She made my stress instantly go away with helping me get my application together and submitted. Very thankful I came here. Trying to figure everything out on my own was frustrating and I highly recommend coming here to make your life easier.

Their office in Tampa is superb. Met with Alexa this morning regarding my soon to expire passport. Alexa took care of all the details quickly and expertly. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend. Very helpful and made things less stressful. Ruth was wonderful. She helped me relax and guided me through everything. They were even able to take my passport photo right there. Let’s face it, needing a passport so quickly is extremely stressful. And while this is expensive, it’s the only way you can get a passport that quick.

I needed my passport renewed in a hurry because my mom's 84 live out of the country so I am always ready to vist her. I check out several passport offices and decided to try the passport office in Tampa. They were very professional and fast, I took the package for 7 buisness days return. To my surprise I got my passport in 4 buisness days. Thanks definitely give them a try

We needed a very expedited passport renewal. The basic interaction was good, although they forgot to tell us we needed to bring a checkbook. We only had debit cards, so we had to go out and get a money order. Also, we paid for overnight shipping, but they forgot to do it and gave us slower, regular shipping.

Edit: It's a few hours later. We cannot buy a plane ticket without a passport or, at least, the passport number. The day we need to fly (actually just my wife) is in a few weeks. Since they promised to send the passport by overnight mail, but didn't, the plane tickets will probably cost a little more. When I told them on the phone that they promised overnight FedEx and then didn't do it and they processed a return of the $30 for overnight shipping, one thing that bothered me was that there wasn't a single word of apology. Literally, the guy didn't even say "oops. " There wasn't any tone of regret whatever in his voice. It was just, "Did you need anything else? " My wife, who is at work, called them back to complain and says that there was no apology at all, merely stating over and over that they did nothing wrong. If that's the kind of treatment you're seeking, go ahead and use them.
