I can't express how much I appreciate this law firm. I had the honor to deal with attorney Daniel. He kept me updated on my case. I couldn't ask for a better law firm. Daniel fought for me til the end and got me what I deserved. Thanks Daniel and your team for always being there to answer any of my questions. If I ever need a law firm again I'll most definitely be calling Pendas and Pendas law firm.

I was in a MVA on 12/10/2020 & decided to choose PENDAS Law firm to represent my case. Spoke with Linda who answered the phone and I signed the contract. It is 01/04/2020 and have not heard from the case manager or the attorney. No email, no phone calls, totally non responsive. If you cannot handle the volume, don’t make clients sign contracts to leave them hanging during a vulnerable and unfortunate time in their life. I do not recommend, no communication even after I called to inquire why I have not been contacted yet, unacceptable.

Not a man of his word.read this story. I bumped into Attorney Pendas leaving the court house. I introduced myself and asked him for a $25.00 donation for s Childrens Art Scholarships Fundraiser and he was so positive, gave me his card and said "Yes, call my office. " When I called the I & was directed to his staff. He asked what demographic will the event program book and a ad on our website would reach. Once I gave him the information, he said he will calle back with the approval. I called and left 5 messages and finally was told "NO" because it wasn't a worthy cause that would advertise or benefit Pendas Law. I could not believe this behavior for only $25 to purchase an Art Kit.

I am writing this review because he told me "YES" in my face and then turn around and have me call his offce staff who gave me the run-around to tell me "NO

I called the Pendas law firm, spoke to Mr. Jeffrey. I was so all over the place and nervous about the call. His tone and organizational manner made me relaxed. Wow I called panda‘s law firm the other day at their main intake line it was around 11 o’clock at night and I’ve got this wonderful representative his name was Jeffrey Alvarez. This guy was very professional and his compassion was out of this world I don’t know what I would do if I could not have got a hold of him. I work late nights and I was only able to cancel lights so it made me very happy that there was people there to take my call. Hopefully everything goes as planned and I will be a very happy person

Worst attorney ever! Threw me under the bus! Tried to settle very low! Next attorney got much more! I was all ready under he let info slip out! I I immediatelyTerminated his services. Quick. Sad they still got paid Anyway! Stay far away. Conveyor belt! Law firm! In and out settle quick. More smaller ones pay quick! Settlements! 0 stars below 0! Love to fill you in!

This was an ok experience. It wasn't bad it wasn't great. But I won my case. It was the process that I didn't like here. I lost my original team without being told and it took longer to complete my case. But in fairness to the new team they worked hard for me and apologized on the behalf of the company. The reason for 4 stars, without the apology it would have been much lower. Choose wisely and expect excellence because its not FREE.

Worst attorneys they take for ever and since their staff is so unstable the case files fall out the attorney will always get paid more than you.so the lawsuit is for them not for you. I had 5 attorneys takecare of a my case at the end 4 yrs later I ended up with 800 dollars my attorney the new one who had my case for a month got paid 3 thousand. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE
