The absolute best pharmacy experience we have ever had. The team here is so lovely and so accommodating. They go above and beyond for our family and we appreciate them so much!

We started using the pharmacy on a referral from our doctor. He told us Ross could sometimes discount your prescription more than insurance would. We then learned we can get our pets prescriptions there also for a reasonable price! The staff is very helpful and friendly!

We have been living in Merritt Island for more than 15 years and just recently came across The Pharmacy via our Vet who sent a prescription for our dog there. I was immediately so impressed with their amazingly friendly service that I am switching all my scripts to this pharmacy, where you actually get a super friendly person on the phone every time very quickly without having to listen to a long winded recording and press buttons to make a selection. I only wished I had known about this Pharmacy before! What a gem!

Words cannot express how amazing this pharmacy is. Candy and Maria were a godsend and went above and beyond to help my wife who was experiencing an issue with dental work that she had done overseas. I was in a panic and they calmed me down and made sure my wife was taken care of and also suggested holistic remedies she could try as well. If you’re looking for a pharmacy that truly cares about their customers look no further here.

Ordered on the phone and picked it up without any problems. Extremely kind team. They also prepare medications for pets. Inside the store, there are a lot of cute items to buy gifts, and it looks like eye candy. Very cute setting. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend it.

I was a former patient with this pharmacy and Ross for years back when they first opened in the building directly in the center of Publix parking lot behind Bank of America. I adored Ross and Maria who were the only 2 back then and this was the only pharmacy I would get my scripts filled at! Unfortunately there were some issues going on with the doctor I seen and controversy was wild for a bit with rumours spreading from pharmacist's and techs at the CVS pharmacy on 520 about my Doctor and his practice that a bunch of pharmacies in the area refused to fill ANY scripts written from this doctor including Ross which I didn't blame him for looking out for his Business and patient's Back then. So I was forced to stop going to this pharmacy for a while. After the Doctor got the controversy cleared up and cleared his name, all pharmacies were filling his scripts again. I mean I couldn't even get my blood pressure pills filled when all this was happening, but I'm grateful that everything has been fixed and things are okay. Anyway I went to go fill my scripts at the pharmacy and realized they closed down from where they were and I thought they had went out of Business until my little dog had a heart attack and the vet prescribed meds that I could not find locally so they referred me to Ross at The Pharmacy to get the pemobedin I needed in the strength my little dog Faith needed because he does medicine compounding. I looked them up and called them only to realize that they never closed down, they had only moved the business to a better building. So I had Ross make my Faith's meds and asked if he was taking new patients at the time and luckily he had just went thru his patients and found that he had a few spots open up so I am now back to being a Proud patient of Ross and his Pharmacy where everyone there from the pharmacist 's, techs, cashier, and anyone else who works there are the most friendliest people that love what they do and treat you like Family every time you stop in for either scripts or OTC products that I promise I will never go anywhere else unless I am forced to again. This pharmacy deserves 10 and if you ever try them then you'll be saying the very same thing! I Love my Pharmacy and everyone there that I am very grateful to be able to have them back and not have to worry if I'll have a medication filled in time, because I know that Ross only takes on so many patient's so that he doesn't let not one of his patients go without any medications they need. #1BestPharmacyofBrevard

Walgreens was out of my medication so my Dr.sent me here and I am so glad he did! I have to be really inspired to write a review and these guys deserve it. Everybody there is extremely friendly and helpful, I don't know the name of the lady that runs the register but she is awesome! It's even decorated adorably, with old apothecary bottles and they have interesting little knick knacks for sale. The Pharmacy is definitely worth supporting over the big name, no care pharmacies.
