I love this condo! It’s like resort living, you have chairs and umbrellas, towels in the beach, the year end parties and decorations are great so are the gym, convention rooms and play rooms. Amazing place to live!

The entire staff at the Pinnacle is always cheerful, courteous and professional. Obviously their motivation is a result of a superior management team. They make you feel like Family. The attention to details on the maintenance are par none. My Wife and I have spent seven seasons here as snowbirds, I think this will be the place we will settle in permanently when the time comes, she loves it here as well.

This place is all about the views and to top it off is the customer service (lack of better terms) is simply 5 Star! The president of the association and manager focuses the staff including the Front Desk, Vallet, Pool/Beach and even the Maintenance Dept on proving the best customer or tenant service possible. Disney has "nothing" on this team. I would rate them a 6 if possible!

This building has a privileged location and a beautiful design. All units have east and west exposure, and the common areas are large and very well kept. They recently remodeled all the common areas: Lobby, Social room, Kids rooms, new pool and beach furniture. Everything looks very pretty and contemporary. But definitively, the BEST of this building is the service, it is truly FIVE STARS! The management, and in general all the staff, are very professional, courteous and always have the best disposition. From the moment you enter the property, you have a great experience with the Valet, Concierge, Maintenance, to one of the best beach services of the area. I cannot say enough about the great work that is done and the great vibe you feel, it truly feels like living in paradise!

Place are remodeled and looks wonderful. Staff is Amazing. All the services are great. It is a pleasure leave here.

This Condo is a special place. I can't say enough about how amazing it is. It is on Collins Ave, in Sunny Isles. The building is in immaculate condition. The staff are wonderful. The place runs like a fine clock. Everything flows so smooth here. If you're searching for a clean, safe and luxurious living, this is the perfect place.

Nice place to live, but terrible place to work. The president of building, Luis D'Agustin is a penny pincher that boasts about choosing cheapest contractors and then ALWAYS holds final payments to renegotiate discounts and make himself seem business savy.

In addition, all the staff are on their toes because he is looking to replace them with cheaper personnel at every opportunity.

Every contractor i spoke with at job site was commenting about the same bait and switch game to receive discounts upon completion of jobs.very unprofessional.
