The Pirate Ship Royal Conquest reviews
18We had such a great time with our family. The pirates were fun and interactive and were in full character the entire time. Free drinks on the boat and perfect scenery!
Best adventure I've had on the cruise best best excitement best fun laugh excitement with all the people to see people laugh and enjoy themselves children and adults young and old the mates were really fantastic the service was fantastic I gave it
So much fun! We took our 1 1/2 yr old son and he enjoyed it as much as we did. Very friendly and “in character” staff. Bathroom and boat were clean and well maintained. Beautiful sunset! Highly recommend! Say hi to Gina for us:)
Friendly, funny, amusing staff that kept the attention of the kids by playing and interacting with them. Definitely recommend for families with kids, although the big kids (adults) had lots of fun too!
It was over booked and no place to sit, especially for my mother who had hip surgery an only 4 months into it and she needed to sit every place we tried to sit we were told to move! Not the experience we were expecting at all we won't be booking again the only one that was decent was the capitian of the ship the rest of the crew was very rude especially to someone who had surgery and is still in recovery and can not move as fast as the crew wanted her to!
We took our two boys, ages 5 and 7 on the Royal Conquest, and we all had a great time. The ship is impressive looking and the two crew members were amazing and in character the entire time. They engaged the kids throughout the entire ride, leaving us parents free to relax and indulge in some adult beverages. I was not expecting them to entertain the kids to that degree so that was a very pleasant surprise. It was a nice, calm boat ride around the bay. Exceeded expectations!
Dolphin cruise was awesome and very informative. We saw some amazing playfulness from the dolphins and saw more than ten individuals! Highly recommend
The crew were great, very informative! Took us right to the dolphins. It made our day, worth every penny.
We had a GREAT time! The pirates were fun-loving, but a little sketchy. No complaints, though. It was fun!
It was a very pleasant and informative, Captain Rick navigated the boat very well to areas where the dolphins were and Kiersten did great job at informing us and was very friendly.
Had an amazing sunset boat tour for 40th birthday. The staff were super friendly and we all had a fun time. I highly recommend.
We took our two young Grandsons on the Pirate Cruise. They had a alot of fun, and really enjoyed the Pirates. They were very friendly and tried hard to make the kids feel comfortable. Would probably do it again.
We took our kids, Brinley & Liam on the pirate ship today! They had an absolute blast! Brinley loved the water gun fight and the stand off she had with one of the pirates. We would definitely recommend this to anyone with kids! My husband and I also commented that the adult only with live music cruise would be fun as well.
Had a great time. We were a group of adults and enjoyed our time on the bay.free beer and wine is a plus.
My fiancé and I had the pirate ship booked. We were both looking forward to the experience. We told our friends and family that we were going on it and that we couldn’t wait to share the details of the experience with them and if we had a good time, then they would begin booking their reservations as well. I began to feel sick a couple of hours before we were set to get on to the ship with a fever and a headache. Even though we were really excited about it, we decided not to go to not potentially endanger anyone else I came in contact with. When my fiancé called the ship to tell them the situation a manager, Dan, picked up the phone and immediately had an attitude with my fiancé and myself telling us that we were inconveniencing them with this and then pushing us to rebook immediately for a later date while trying to charge us a $10 fee for the rebooking for each ticket. With my head pounding, I reminded Dan that I have symptoms and I am cannot give him a date to rebook for immediately because I felt very sick. I then proceeded to ask him to be a bit more patient and compassion late with me, but his reply was only, ‘you don’t rebook now, we are taking all of your money that you paid. ’ I tried to reply, ‘can we call back to even try to set a date for rescheduling.but I didn’t even get to finish my question since he made an annoyed scoffing sound and hung up on me and then did not answer when we called back and did not call us back. My fiancé and I are so upset and disappointed that this local company would be ok having one of their managers treat customers this way. We are not even so upset about the money but truly the lack of customer service skills on Dan’s behalf and just the sheer rudeness. Being very local to the area and having lived here for a while now, my fiancé and I are utterly appalled at the treatment we received from Dan the manager. I really hope someone in a position above Dan reads this review and is able to do something about this. The rudeness and attitude is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
The cruise was a lot of fun, the kids had a great time. The adults enjoyed the free beverages. I highly recommend this fun cruise.
A wonderful time the two pirates were wonderful with the kids they keep them so occupied with activities it could give parents a much needed break from vacation lol. The ship captain has wonderful tips about where to go for a really good dinner.
Jeff and Kirsten were wonderful hosts on the dolphin tour and had a ton of knowledge on not only the many dolphins that we saw, but also the area that we were in. Not only did we see dolphins, but Kirsten's knowledge of dolphins and having been a trainer was very informative. She knows most of the dolphins in the area and can identify them by name and by dorsal fin. You get a very intimate encounter with the dolphins when you hear facts about each and every one that we saw.
