We went here with my 1 year old today and the staff was so sweet and we absolutely loved the space. Everything was clean, the toys were great quality and great developmentally for my little guy. I was surprised how much he loved it and we even saw a 3 and 6 year old there having just as much fun. Most definitely great for all ages. We look forward to coming back and possibly getting a membership and taking advantage of all the activities they have planned each day.

We love The Playful Family! We visit here often with our 4 and 2 year old. The indoor play room is fantastic, clean and always keeps our littles busy and learning! We recently held our sons birthday here and the staff was so accommodating and helpful throughout the process. It was stress free (they setup the room and cleaned it up after) and supported with the party planning to make sure it was exactly what I envisioned. I would highly recommend this place!

We had our son’s “little blue truck” themed first birthday here. The staff was beyond exceptional with everything. They communicated quickly, were so kind, and made the day so special and perfect for our little guy. All the guests were raving about how much they enjoyed the play space!

My toddler played here for hours and had a ton of fun. There is a wide range of toys, his favorite of which was the ball pit.

My boys and I love the playful family! We go several times a week and the staff is so friendly and always make a point to welcome us and interact with my kids. We’ve been to several local indoor gyms/playgrounds and always found them to be outdated or unclean. The playful family is new, always clean, and has really cool toys. We have the monthly membership and it’s an awesome deal! Highly recommend the playful family for daily admission or birthday parties!

My 2 year old loves the Playful family. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is so clean and welcoming. We love our morning playtimes and activities!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place + the staff. Not only is the play space spotless and so so cute, but the staff is so friendly and kind. We booked a party here for our little one and then had a family emergency a few days before. When I contacted them to reschedule, they were extremely understanding and accommodating. Nilsa especially went completely ABOVE + BEYOND and set up the absolute most adorable party for us! She stated that if we dropped off the decorations, she would gladly set them up for us and not only did she do that but made the entire experience completely wonderful and oh so sweet. She assisted with additional set-up, the clean up and was there the whole time to make sure the party ran smoothly and perfectly. As a parent of two under two, this an absolute dream party experience: easy, adorable and fun! The kids had a blast and we as the parents got to enjoy the day with our birthday girl because everything was taken care of! I cannot recommend this place enough!

Super cute, clean and fun space for my kids. I have an infant and toddler and there is perfect stuff for both ages. Love this place! We will be back

I’m so happy to have The Playful Family close to home! My toddler loves coming to play at the indoor playground. All of the staff are wonderful and friendly, and very attentive and kind to my son. Excited for some of their upcoming events, too!

The Playful Family has been a God send for our family! We are always greeted with a smile from the staff and owners when we walk in the door. It’s always clean and there’s lots of fun stuff for the littles to enjoy. From the play and sensory areas to arts and crafts, music, & special events ect. There’s always something fun going on. Ms. Loraine (sp?) is so friendly and creative and so good with the kids. We play there about 3 times a week and always have a great experience. I highly recommend the monthly membership that they offer!

I would also like to take an extra minute to share our latest experience with anyone that may need more convincing to join The Playful Family or anyone that may just enjoy a little inspirational story. One that has made us forever customers.

I have 3 sons. An 11 month old and 3 year old Twins, one of whom has Autism. He typically does great when we come play. We attended this Saturday and it was a bit busier than it typically is during the week. Even with his noise canceling headphones, he became a bit overwhelmed and had some pretty big meltdowns. Mainly due to things not being in their “correct spot” while other kids were playing with them. I decided that we should probably head home and try again another day. That is when his largest meltdown of the day began. I became extremely overwhelmed trying to pack up 3 little ones that are never ready to leave The Playful family. While one twin was on the floor screaming, kicking and crying, my other twin was begging to do a craft before leaving. They were building and painting birdhouses for Fathers Day. My hands were so full between juggling the baby and trying to calm a worked up 3 year old. I apologized to my other 3 year old and explained that we wouldn’t be able to do the craft that day. That is when Ms. Franchescka (whom also happens to be the CEO, I believe) stepped in and offered to build and paint a birdhouse with Grayson. She was so kind and genuine. He was so happy and so proud of his completed birdhouse made with his new friend. It was time to leave and the meltdown was still going on. As I struggled my way towards the door with 3 kids. Ms. Franchescka and Ms. Nilsa both jumped up and offered to help us to the car with zero hesitation. One carrying the baby and one carrying a freshly painted birdhouse. Reassuring me over and over that I was doing a good job and that everything was ok. I was also reassured that there was no reason to apologize. While I apologized for the chaos more times than I can probably count.
I will never forget the kindness that was extended to myself and my children. It’s so refreshing to know that there are still kind and caring people in the world. Willing and ready to lend encouraging words and a helping hand in any way they can. We are blessed to have found that and more at The Playful Family!:)

The Playful Family is such a positive welcoming fun place to play and explore with your family! 5000 stars!

It is a cute small playspace. Equipment is definitely for 3y max. We are sad they eliminated the play passes as they were amazing for our family, to bring one kid or the other or both, they are better for our family and we had no commitment of a monthly fee. We haven’t visited again since then.: (Wished they reconsider bringing those back.

Every time we go we get a new cool experience. Place to have fun with our baby boy, place to read and a lot of sensory/motor-skills games/toys.

Bilingual staff makes it over top awesome

It's so wonderful having a play place in our neighborhood. The play room is always clean. My 4yo loves the indoor climber and playhouse slide. We also love that her speech therapist is just right inside the entrance. The biggest benefit is they throw wonderful events open to the whole community. The end of school party was fantastic. I hope they continue to grow and thrive.

Super clean, fun space for kids of all ages. The owner is super great and friendly and staff in the play area is amazingly interactive. Highly impressed with this space!
