The setting and the location are great. But the staff there are absolutely amazing! They are so responsive and proactive and usually have issues handled before I even notice. Coming from the Midwest, we have really enjoyed the pool. It feels like you’re in a resort! The layout of the living room in between the two bedrooms really works for us. Definitely a great place if you’re looking for comfort and convenience.

I have been here 3 years. The team is extremely responsive and professional. They do a great job of offering activities and events to keep the community engaged. Any service requests are immediately dealt with.

The worst place to live.management is the worst, Ricardo in the office is extremely rude and unhelpful.talking down to me and over me as I was expressing my concerns and basically told me to take a hike and talk to the manager because it “wasn’t his problem. ”apartments are built like cardboard boxes and any “fix” is the easiest and cheapest option when they charge an astronomical amount to live here.save your money and the headache and find somewhere else to live

I had a wonderful experience moving into this apt complex! Please ask for Michelle to work with; she was exceedingly professional and knowledgeable while answering my million & 1 questions. The transition was seamless and the pictures are accurate representations of the property.

New resident and extremely happy with my entire experience. From my leasing agent Michelle Lepore, to my beautiful apartment, friendly neighbors, excellent upkeep of the grounds. This place is perfect, the gym and steam room are amazing, including the group yoga room. This is my first time living in an apartment and I’m loving it. Right now I have no complaints! Well worth every penny, the experience alone, they treat you phenomenally!

I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and have been most happy. The staff are incredible! All of then answer any requests in a timely fashion and follow up.

I am a vendor that works on the fire alarm system on the property and each time I come to this site Greg Smith and his team are always very friendly and helpful to any needs I have and it’s always a pleasure working with them witch makes my visit and day very pleasant. Moved here a while ago. I love how the apartments look inside as well as the environment of this community.

There are some things I don’t like, such as:
you can hear when people go down the stairs as well as when they shut their door hard. Also I wish there was a dog park, because it seems like there are more dogs than toddlers here (the small park for toddlers only).

It also seems like dog owners with bigger dogs do not pick up after their dog which is interesting.considering it is quite obvious to see.

Other than those dislikes, I like it here and it’s pretty.

Ricardo is truly the best, quick responses, patience of a Saint and very helpful truly looking out for your best interest. Facility is absolutely gorgeous!

The best rental community in Royal Palm Beach/ Wellington. Quiet neighborhood, very close to all amenities, shopping, and transportation, very safe neighborhood. Excellent service love living at The Point!

Wonderful staff. Beautiful Landscape. Modern amenities/appliances. It is QUITE! What more could you ask for?

I asked about apt on third floor. Since they have no elevator, how do they accommodate a handicap tenant or visitor? They said first floor only. And how do you get a large appliance/piece of furniture up there? Hire someone or get a friend. No good options for me.

My family and I just migrated to Florida and moved in a few months ago. Michelle in the office has been fantastic to work with and she helped make our move so much easier. The community is great and we have met some wonderful people that we are happy to call our friends. We love living here!

Well staring with the staff from the office Kevin, Michelle and specially the Manager Greg they are very friendly, oriented treat you like a family and all the maintenance team Fidel, Joshua and Jose they amazing always helpful. This property it’s one of the best and safe

We have lived here for 2 years and LOVE it. We are moving out of state and are just so so sad to go!

The apartment complex is beautiful and well maintained. We love the pool and bocce ball court.

The apartments themselves are amazing and designed very well. We found it to be perfect for our needs. Any time we ever noticed an issue, the maintenance department was out to help immediately. (i.e noticing a wasp nest)

The location is also prime. We loved being so close to the Costco.

Overall, I would not hesitate moving here. We wish we could stay!
