The Pointe at Siena Ridge Apartments, Davenport FL

This is a brand new community, The Point at Siena Ridge. I just moved into one of their apartments and firstly, I must mention that the apartments are very beautiful. The community manager Allen Sansing is very Professional, knowledgable and friendly. During my first month here January 2022.my experiences are borderline nightmares, a lot of strange happenings, harassments, extreme noises (very deliberate and unnatural noises) problems with my mail and deliveries in the strangest ways. Although the buildilngs are quite empty, I have inherited the worst tenant above me. I will be updating quite often about my experiences and I hope I will be singing the praises of the Point At Seina Ridge being a great community instead of a horror story.

The staff is very polite and professional. Experience has been nothing but amazing. Property is kept tidy and the floor plans are spacious. It's a lovely community with alot of great ammenities (Pool table, heated pool, game room, gym, salon, dog park with pet washing station, charging for electric cars. It's a gated community. The property is close to I-4, Posener Park shopping center. I highly recommend this place to call home!
