Yes I do agree that that was not helpful when I called in to make an appointment they told me that there was no longer even a waiting list so I do agree with the girl who said that that was ridiculous that she could not help traffic if she is in the parking lot and calling y'all as you tell her she is not allowed to bring her dog after a 3-week wait I think that someone else can deal with her customer and her business as well and that is rude that is absolutely ridiculous and again Biden has it where we are overpopulated traffic is ridiculous and gas prices are going up she made it there 5 minutes within her appointment time she answered so again I do agree that that was absolutely ridiculous and I agree with her review being what it's supposed to be I would never viewed him at all

Rude. Unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend her EVER! I drove from the next town over and hit some traffic. I arrived at the parlor door 5 minutes past my appointment time and she refused to groom my dog after a 3 week wait. She called me as I was turning into her establishment to cancel my appointment. Even though I WAS THERE PARKED in the parking space. I understand having a cancelation policy but 5 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. I hit traffic and that was out of my control and could happen to anyone. I was there at 3: 05 for a 3: 00 appointment. Obviously my business wasn't appreciated there so I'll take it elsewhere. There are too many groomers in the area to treat your customers that way. Life happens. 5 minutes would not have caused any disruption to her business as he was the last appointment of the day but it did waste my time and gas just to be turned away. Extremely bad business. If the owner is that rude to people imagine how she treats your pets. Look elsewhere for respectful realistic professionals.

I was with my friend dropping off their dog for a grooming that was rescheduled three times. Once for no hot water and 2 other times that simply said they were unable to keep the appointment and apologized for the inconvenience.

The day we finally got the appointment we were 5 minutes late and were refused the visit. The explanation for this was that the appointments are scheduled very carefully and precisely. By the time the attendant was done lecturing me she stated the time and said it was 2: 09 and said I was 9 minutes late.

We’ve been here before and was given a general eta for when the service was to be completed and have had to wait an extra hour. No notice was given mind you. So much for precise planning.

On the flip side, they get upset with you if you show up too early as well. I was doing this friend a favor on a very busy personal day and I showed up 15 minutes early once and was told to come back at the scheduled time. My fault, I know. But there’s not a shred of compassion from what I’ve seen.

Not to mention the general look of the place. I feel like someone’s just washing these pets in their house. Not very professional at all imo.

Terrible experience!

Extremely Poor “customer service”. Within the very first few seconds of interacting, it’s very clear this lady could not care less about you.

This dump gets “No Stars”.

Just Go Elsewhere…plenty of other groomers nearby. Avoid your own terrible experience, by avoiding this place altogether.

Horrible customer service!

This place is nonsense. So yeah it’s some random house with a 8.5x11 sign on the door with the words “Pooch Parlor” written on it…apparently it’s not even a real business! Just some lady working out of her house.

They rescheduled my appointment for the following week, then since I was all of 5 minutes late then wouldn’t take the dog to groom it. What kind of nonsense is that? !

Woulda given this thing 0 stars if it was an option!

Just look at ALL the negative reviews this place has—lots of complaints about the same thing.

Save yourself the trouble and just call one of the other 12 groomers in Zephyrhills.

Been coming to the Pooch parlor for about 4 years now, on of the best groomers I’ve gone to and one of the only ones I really trust my dog with, meagan is so patient with the animals and really takes her time and shows the love for her job in her work. Her prices are very affordable, she’s very good with communication and getting back to you fairly quick. Romeo always looks and smells amazing leaving the Pooch parlor.we 10/10 recommend the Pooch Parlor!

I have taken all my fur babies to The Ppoch Parlor. Meagan is so very patient with my neurotic dogs. She is honest, does excellent work and is extremely thorough. Both doggos love her, and get excited when we go to "groomies". If you want a great and loving groomer, look no further than The Pooch Parlor.

Worst customer service ever!
Last week they cancelled the appointment and forced a reschedule.
Today, Arrived at 1: 04pm for my 1pm appointment—there was traffic and it’s just a house with a small sign on the door. By the time I got the dog out of the truck, it was 1: 06. The lady walked out and said “you’re one minute later than 1: 05 so I can’t take you”. Like really? First time here…No mention of this ridiculous “policy” when the appointment was made. Nor when she called last week to force the rescheduling.
Then apparently she didn’t like the way I stormed off and she threatened to call animal control on me for “animal abuse” because I slammed my trucks door after putting the dog gently in the truck seat. She lied and claimed I “threw the dog against the console”. I would Never Ever hurt my animal!
What a Lunatic! Don’t go near this crazy lady…you will regret ever interacting with her.

I took my Pomeranian in for a grooming. I always get the puppy cut back home and I told her not to cut him short except around his bum. I wanted a little taken off around his face. I picked my puppy up and he was so shot, his face and ears cut super short. I almost wasn’t goi g to leave my dog when I walked into the house and it smelled like urine, cats running all over and dirty. I blame myself for leaving him there, but far from professional. I would not recommend this business. Anyone that knows Pomeranians knows you DONT cut them that short and cut the hair from there ears. They need the protection from the sun.

Worse customer service ever.this lady rescheduled my dogs appointments like 100 times then because we were 1 minute late she canceled my appointment that she rescheduled about 100x. She is the worse you don't do that to people.worse customer service ever
