The Porch reviews
16 To me, this is one of the better locations ambiance wise, the crowd in this community is always of great energy, I always make new friends here.
The staff has always been extremely friendly, everyone helps equally.
The food is always great choice.the menu has a little bit of everything, including a great dessert option.
Indoor/outdoor seating, plenty of TVs’, wrap around bar, very spacious.
Had the big texas blt it was everything it said it would be! And delicious! Hubby had the truck stop, and he was just as satisfied as I was! Our server Lexi was fabulous spot on with service and personality! We will be back!
Great place, good vibes, good food, and beer. Brunch never disappoints. Prices are pretty average and service is pretty average.
Had a very dry burger inside a very dry bun tonight. If I wasn't so hungry I would've sent it back. We were a party of about 12, so I'm guessing that my burger was one of the first things made and had to wait.
Ate here yesterday and was not the least bit impressed. Tequila mule's are literally my go to drink & I order them pretty much anywhere that has ginger beer. When I say this was the grossest one I've ever had, I really do mean that! It tasted like black liquorice at best & I couldn't force myself to finish it. Out of the four drinks we ordered, only one was enjoyable. The food took a long time and was mediocre at best. My husband had the shrimp and grits and I had what our waitress recommended which was a burger. The pattie definitely tasted frozen and lacked seasoning. I had their Mac and cheese for my side which was basically like soup. The grits had potential but also lacked seasoning, they had some brown gravy on top which looked like instant, just add water gravy. I will say the peel and eat shrimp appetizer was really good and so were the tater tots, but unfortunately it's not enough to make us want to go back.
We sat on the patio for over ten minutes watching people walk by us and no one asking if we've been helped. A manager and two to three servers kept walking past us. I went inside to get assistance and met a server on my way to the host stand. I told him about our situation and Nick immediately hopped in to help us out. I know he wasn't our server, but he became our server despite being busy with his own section. Thank you Nick for turning our ok visit into a good one. Also, the sage gravy is fantastic!
I stopped by yesterday to grab a lunch and was delighted. I had the grouper tacos and sweet potato bites. I seriously think those were the absolute best grouper tacos I have ever had. My lunch friend ordered the wings and loved them so much he got an order to go for dinner as well. Our server Lexi was the absolute best. She was certainly on top of everything. We will be back again soon.
The musics were too loud.
Suggest to provide more vegetarian / vegan friendly Food without garlic and onion.
Horrible place. Bathroom is covered in vomit. Roaches crawling on the bar. Health department should investigste
It's a find. Burgers are good. Service is good. Meg was our server and was great.
Food was good, came out quickly and tasted great. Those fries are awesome, a must have.
Give it a whirl, you won't be disappointed.
I came here around 5 P. M. Saturday for dinner after work. I sat at the Bar. There is outlet at the bar (huge plus). I ask the Bartender what was good on the menu and she recommended the Cuban. The food took very long and it was not even that busy with people ordering food. I could have had 3 beers by the time my food came out. The food was good. It was a over power pickle taste, but it was good. It was not to overly busy for a weekend which was nice. The atmosphere was relaxed. The bartender always filling my water every time I finished it, which was very nice as it is very hot outside. She check many times to see if I was good. I am please with her friendly services. I had a nice time.
Buy Good attention, good prices and a very nice place, I loved it and I recommend it 100 percent.
Hidden gem in Winter Park! Classic comfort food with a nostalgic vibe! Definitely recommend anything with their signature tater tots. Pretty extensive drink menu as well!
Coffee and all refills were room temperature and watery, fries were flat and over-fried, and the au jus was watery and without flavor. The server was nice and attentive, but the food was not good.
Porch on North Orange Avenue is a good place to visit to catch a meal, a few drinks, and catch up with friends. If you go on a Friday, it gets loud after 6pm. Service is good and staff is friendly and helpful. Food is a little above average.
Love bringing people here. Something here for everyone. Great brunch and lunch/dinner options. Always leave feeling full.
