This place doesn't even deserve a star. Had they monitored the patients every 15 or 30 min my mom would have not been in a diabetic coma for days in addition to contracting Covid-19, she wouldn't have ended up in icu losing her life 48 hours later. PLEASE find another facility for your loved ones. Waist of money, looks are deceiving.

I set up a meeting/tour at Palm Aire with Michael Kaminski. Michale was a great host. He knows the details about Palm Aire, the aging process, and was extremely helpful with answering my questions. The facility looked great.

I am leaving this review because I am tired to see sometimes how when people take advantage with others when they are in a position of power. I had the opportunity to observe how Ms. Grace who is a Jamaican DON was mistreating another resident and staff member. Nurse Grace Brown is evil and racist, people think racism is only from white but it could start with black as well.
I will never refer nor send my family member to a place like that. I bet you HR nor Will not do anything about it because she the DON. Grace Brown remember there is a God at the end of the day.

I just moved my father into their Bridges program from another facility. I would highly recommend this facility for every level of care. The facilities are a little dated, cut the staff and management are caring and dedicated individuals. Great activities, and fairly decent food.

I checked many AL facilities for a loved one, and then decided on The Preserve at Palm-Aire. And it was a great decision! The entire staff, including the office personnel, the nurse director Grace Brown and the LPN staff are very caring, nice and efficient.
In addition, they assure things to get done, get done promptly. And people who I met that live there seem very nice and friendly.
No worries about leaving a loved one there.
-A great place!

At first The Preserve Brochure looks interesting. The few photos were lovely. Sorry, but it didn't give me an ounce of help. 1) Too few photos, 2) So much writing over each page I never got to costs. 3) Who has time to read all this writing. Not done well.

I brought a friend of mine who needs a place like this. The tour was amazing. Everything was so neat and clean. The food looks delicious that they make for everyone. It’s really a restaurant that you order for breakfast and lunch. There are so many activities a person could be involved in. They have a gym with a lot of equipment, and movies that they offer that you can watch. They go to the grocery stores five days a week. They also take you to your doctor appointments. It’s really an amazing, wonderful place. Anybody would love to live there

Neil took a friend of mine and me on a tour of TP@PA. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We had questions, he had answers! We got to take a look at two units and he showed us all of the amenities! We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire place and the lunch we were served was delicious! I’d be on the younger side if I decide to move there, though I think it would be a comfortable place to live!

My mother has lived here for 2 years and I have to say it had been a very good experience for us all. The staff are very kind, very helpful and very professional. I only have good things to say everyone has been wonderful to my mother.

Moving my mom into The Preserve at Palm Aire was the best decision ever! At 92, she was lacking companionship, activities and assistance with meal prep & housekeeping. She has it all at The Preserve and more. The staff have been incredibly warm, welcoming and understanding. Mom loves the exercise classes, playing corn hole, seated volleyball and the happy hour events! I strongly encourage anyone considering a move to either Independent Living or Assisted Living to do a tour.

My aunt has lived at the Preserve since 2016. She has been for the most part healthy and Her care has in general been good. Recently, her health declined. She was admitted to hospital. Upon her return home, she was placed under hospice care. The staff at the Preserve have been outstanding. Especially, the Resident Care Director, Ms. Brown. Her care towards another human being who is in need, her clinical skills based on years of experience and her knowledge of concrete services, have compelled me to write this review. The CNAs that she administers follow her instructions with great respect. She has also devoted her time and attention, to educate the family with regards to their new role in my aunt's care. In a matter of days all the new requirements were in place and my aunt is now healthier and comfortable in her own home. Who could ask for more

My mother has been here for 3 years now. This has really been a great place for her. All employees are great and show caring and concern for residents. I particularly need to thank Michael for all his help in keeping my mother happy. He has really gone out of his way for her. The facilities are clean and well kept and the property is in great condition. I would absolutely recommend The Preserve for anyone looking for a place for a parent.

It’s amazing to live at the Preserve with such wonderful staff. Melanie has been caring and loving to my family since day one. The staff kept us during Covid and with a smile. Michael is such a genuine human being that takes care of us also.

Worked in food and beverages side of place. The head supervisor Domingo really came off weird and creepy. My ex girlfriend worked they're too and caught him looking at her cleavage numerous times and also caught him staring at other female workers too often

Stay not long enough to warrant a comprehensive review.but i will echo comments made by other reviewers (which therefore should have a reasonably high index of reliability). First, high praise for rosie, the activities director in the bridges.i don't need six months to figure out that she takes her work seriously and has a real desire to better the lives of the residents.conversely, nothing but contempt for grace, the nursing supervisor.one phone call is sufficient to label her as both officious and inept.her competence and demeanor are so obviously substandard that i would also question the abilities of management which allow her to continue in that position.the jury is still out but the early returns suggest that the preserve is an expensive alternative to the elder care warehouses but one still plagued by difficulty in attracting good employees, hidebound management and operational inflexibility.for now at least, i advise that you steer clear.
