The Preserve Cypress Hammock, Coconut Creek FL

I just have 3 months since I moved here, and everything has been excellent, great neighborhood, everything always clean and the most important, every-time I requested any service, it gets done immediately! If I need to move to a bigger place, definitely would be in this condo!

This property is by far one of the best I've seen in a long time. It really is a beautiful property and very well kept. The staff is also very prompt with following up on work orders and any maintenance issues and the office staff is very helpful. Overall they are a good crew and I'm happy to be here.

I have lived in many apartment complexes in South Florida but The Preserve at Cypress Hammocks has it all. Great living space, amenities and a perfect location close to Boca Raton, Parkland, and the Sawgrass Expressway. If you're looking for a great rental community, give them a serious look.

Five star property, well taken care of, clean, security day and night, great amenities, hurricane impact, windows, granite countertops, up-to-date appliances, Maintenance professionals are working hard daily to keep the property clean, and if anything comes up, they are on it! Front office staff is easy to work with professional and accommodating. I would not live here or leave a review if I truly didn’t love it here! I highly recommend you tour the property and see for yourself! The property is close to shopping centers, Walmart, Publix, and BJ’s. Gas stations and restaurants close by as well.
I am a current resident and have been living on the property for the past five years.

Overall it’s been a great 5 years living here. Parking can be tricky at night. Also sometimes the office needs to pay attention to residents allowing too many non residents in the pool.

Absolutely love it here. Clean, well maintained and everyone is so nice here. Will definitely renew lease. Maintenance responds immediately and it’s a pleasure living here. Also management office is such a pleasure to deal with. They address issues immediately and quickly respond

Although the rent is a little above average, I love living here, I love walking around the lake, the gym is wonderful but could be a little bigger for more equipment. The pool area is fabulous, it's a great place to live.
