The Purple Pooch Bakery Boutique Groomer, Orlando FL

Respectfully this “boutique” quite literally looks like a Dollar Tree or Dollar General inside. Messy, unappealing and lack luster. I walked in thinking the place was closed…due to the “Open” sign not being on and it being virtually empty. Whomever the employee was sitting on a couch stood up after I walked towards the middle of the store looking for anyone who might work there. I got a dry hello and then asked pretty much why am I there. I told her what I was looking for and she told me they don’t have that kind of “food” when I wasn’t looking for food. I just said thank you and left. Not great.

So happy to have found a place to take my anxious dog! Diana was wonderful in even setting up the appointment at what she felt was the best time for him. The setting is peaceful and so it was conducive to his being calm. I am so happy to have found a place to take him. Being wheelchair bound, home was never a good option for me.
So thankful, Diana. Your love for the dogs is evident. Andre and I certainly give you and The Purple Pooch two thumbs up!)

We've taken our Annie to be groomed twice, and both times she was treated like the princess she is.

It was only the 2nd visit our sweet girl had at the Purple Pooch. She had her nails clipped the first time and did really well. The 2nd visit was for a full groom. She was very anxious. We got a call explaining and were given options. We opted for a mini-groom and she looked beautiful when we picked her up - nails trimmed paws groomed, even a bit around her eyes and nose done well. The ladies take such good care I don't worry when I leave her.

Overall very friendly staff and welcoming. I requested my large dog have a desheding treatment. Whatever the groomer did was GREAT! She never felt better. Her coat was clearly "deshedded" and was shiny. She was so soft. They are open to making adjustments if more fur needs to come off. My dogs did not appear to be experiencing trauma when I picked them up, as they have at their previous groomer. I am very happy with the staff and will be bringing them back as their NEW groomers! Thank you for the care you have given my babies!

Great customer service, cleaning nails, ears were perfect, bath was great dog smelled fantastic and his coat was so soft. Will be back and highly recommend bring your pet to purple pooch.

I took my 14 year old baby there and a week later she passed away. She had been gong there for almost 4 years with no problems until this time. She came home and 3 days later she was not the same happy go lucky service dog she was before going there. I will definitely not be taking our new puppy there. Run from there as fast as you can. The place was also filthy the last time we were there which should have been a warning sign but our baby loved the groomer

It’s so easy to schedule an appointment and Diana is so patient, friendly and always willing to help with Waffle, my 6 months old Toy Poodle. Waffle is a regular since we got him 4 months ago. Maria is THE best groomer ever! She is so patient and you can tell she loves her job and is so good at it! She always does an extraordinary job. Diana is caring and so professional. She delivers the message to Maria in such an excellent way that Waffle always is groomed to perfection.

Such a nice place, came looking for my dog birthday a mini cake and they have so many options also.they gift me for my dog a birthday bandanna.

They accommodated both my dogs in a pinch due to another facility cancelling on me same day and they were amazing. I would highly recommend them and I will tell everyone I know to go there! …

My Emma is 11, anxious shih tzu, and is very, very, veryyyyy difficult to groom. She came home looking absolutely gorgeous with the exact cut I pictured her having for Summer

My Bernedoodle Willow has been going there since she’s been 16 weeks old. They always do a good job. They’re very punctual and Willow doesn’t seem to be afraid to go. I would not change places because my dog is very comfortable there. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable. No complaints.
