The Recreational Warehouse: Fort Myers

Purchased a Caldera from Brian at Rec Warehouse in September - I prefer to wait a couple of months before completing the review to assess service, responsiveness etc. Brian has been my go to hot tub consultant for over 20 years (tons of longevity in the business). He has always been honest, fair and straightforward. Very happy with the Caldera - especially glad that I took Brian’s advice. A few tips: 1) try the hot tub in the store prior to purchase if possible 2) confirm the details of the removal of an older tub with the subcontractor ahead of time 3) always make certain that the tub is up and running as soon as possible after electrical/delivery

If/when service is necessary, request Ben from Spa Solutions, he’s one of the best in Southwest Florida. I would not hesitate to buy from Brian/Rec Warehouse again - they provide excellent service and education on your new spa!

Tony was the best salesman and he’s right! I bought the Cadillac of the three person spa and we LOVE it and we got a great deal!

Average to high prices, but they had what i needed and were able to deliver in a timely manner. Tony, the sales man was just that, a (pushy) salesman! I never got any instruction on how the tub works. Once installed one of the main jets did not work, when i called I was told a hose might have come off in transportation, a simple fix they said and he would escalate it on Monday since it was Friday. It is now Wednesday and the technician is supposed to come out today to repair it!

Tony was awesome to work with! He knows his stuff when it comes to hot tubs. So glad we chose to go there.

Samuel was a huge help. Straight forward, no bill, great price and offered solutions. Even helped after the delivery with set up. Would recommend!

We went in just to look at Hot Tubs. We were speaking with a salesman Jared and 30 minutes later we purchased a tub. He arranged same day to have a part of the pool cage taken out for delivery the next morning and then the delivery men were awesome and the pool cage was put back together that afternoon. Also he set up for an electrician to come out as well. First class experience and I’d highly recommend Jared and the Recreational Warehouse!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with the folks at Recreational Warehouse. Samual was very thorough with every aspect of the Spa we purchased. The installation was quick and easy. We are enjoying it everyday.

Brian was our salesman he was fantastic! Very helpful explained everything so we could understand how the new heater would work!

We were well taken care of by Jared. He explained how to get the best use out of a pool heat pump, the best sizing BTU wise for our pool and how to maintain a consistent temperature.

Pulled the old. Bait and switch. I gave them money on a pool in stock. It was sold to another person. Then charged a lot more for an upgrade. Then dropped it in the ditch in my front yard

Sales guy was very nice didn’t have everything in stock like it he said but I upgraded the fridge and getting it delivered for my project this weekend. Delivery was an issue they delivered it on pallets and scratched my epoxy floor.
