Great place to live! Modern appliances and furniture, as well as the rent being relatively inexpensive for the area and proximity to FGCU! Love the shopping nearby and the recreation on-site. Pet-friendly too which is the most important to me! The lake has really pretty wildlife as well for the nature-lovers:)

We recently signed a lease at The Reef. Spencer in the front office was so kind and helpful! We are out of town and were having some IT challenges with our application. He worked one on one with us and answered tons of questions. When we arrived in person he was just as helpful! He showed us around the beautiful grounds and made us feel at ease with the process. I have lived at The Reef for 2 years and just renewed for my 3rd! It is close to my work, and only a few minutes from FGCU. My apartment comes fully furnished, and maintenance is very quick to come fix anything. Animal friendly as well!

I love the reef! I’ve lived here for three years, it’s been a great experience. The amenities are so great. The maintenance & staff always stay on top of things. Especially when they do raffles & prize wins! I’m hoping to score the taco Tuesday win today! Plus they take such good care of you on pool days with ice pops and sometimes they even grill!

I personally love living at the reef! I have been here for a year now, and also re-signed my lease to live in my same apartment! The price is amazing compared to other places in the Estero area, and perfect for college students! Since I’ve lived here I have had a few things that needed attention towards, and all the times the maintenance and workers have got right on it. It really made me transitioning as a freshman comfortable especially since it feels like home but away from home!

The location and type of accomodation works well for college students. All facilities have their pro's and con's. We were fortunately to have dealt with Tristin, the assistant property manager. She was exceeding helpful and polite in assisting us through the leasing process. She is an asset to the company!

All the reef does is milk money out of people and over complicate things. I’m trying to get out and I can’t even sublease cause they said the person taking over should sign a new lease for a new room. There is no way to get out, don’t bother with them unless you want debt:)

Really good for the price. Best I could find in the area. The amenities alone are worth the cost. Staff is friendly and fun meeting new people there.

BEWARE BEWARE! DO NOT LIVE HERE. Please just look at yelp reviews. I had a HORRIBLE experience as well as all 5 other people I lived with. They don’t fix anything they don’t care about you I promise. Parking is ALWAYS an issue unless you pay the extra for parking. The bathrooms is straight mold and they blame YOU at the end for not cleaning in. As well they charged me $250 for an animal fee for my ROOMATES ANIMAL. And they still proceeded to keep it on my account. After trying to dispute it I NEVER got an email back and it’s now on my credit that I’m trying to handle. THEY WILL SCAM YOU. ANDDDDDD THEY STILL CONTINUE TO LIE EVEN ON THEIR REPLY! They are a scam.

Cant complain, for the price and amenities.this place is great! The staff is super super nice and helpful. I have been here for almost a year now and really enjoy living at the reef. I love how the staff puts on multiple events to get everyone involved they are very fun. The location is very convenient to multiple locations like FGCU & GCTC. 5/5 recommend living here as a student next year!

The reef is a fine place to live as a young adult. I have enjoyed 3 years in these apartments. They are animal friendly and the amenities are very available and kept up.

The reef has been a good place for me as a college student, the only con I would say is parking besides that I love it! I also love win it wednesdays and I really want this taco kit:)

I’ve lived here for 2 years and have loved my time here. The staff and maintenance crew have helped with so much! We got our new couch and maintenance fixed any and everything we put a service request in for. The staff has always been understanding and helpful of any living matters. I wish I could stay for Grad school but unfortunately have to move.

On my third year of living here. The rooms are really nice and so are the facilities. My main issue is that I’ve been told I would get a new couch since October of 2020 and every time they get new couches in we don’t get any. Overall pretty good.

Love living at the reef! It’s a good place to live at as a college student, i’ve met so many amazing people. The reef is always giving away free snacks/drinks at the office which is the best part of my day! I would definitely recommend living here!

My first experience with the reef today was awesome. Nicholas was very helpful and informative from the very beginning, his patience and hospitality made the process very smooth and enjoyable.

My daughter moved in here Fall 2022 and still hasn’t gotten the new couches they promised would come by November! I get that the supplier is behind but the reef keeps lying that it’s coming next month and next month and so on. They have given new couches to people already and has a “list” that determines who get new couches first but refuse to say where on the list they are. When the girls signed the lease they were told that the apartment was furnished WITH couches. But they instead have entirely ripped couches with holes and half of the couch was missing when they moved in (supposed to be L shaped but it’s one section.) also *half these good reviews are fake, the reef encourages residents to give positive reviews on here to be entered in gift drawings.which is a smart tactic but all i’m saying is don’t believe everything*

For the rental price, it’s a good place to live since you don’t have to share a bathroom and it’s only five minutes away from campus.

Great student living option and maintenance is always helpful! Henry is always here quickly and fixes everything you need!
