Such a great experience! Jess is amazing! She is always patient with all my questions and super gentle. Very happy with my results. Just had a facial with Renee today and it was very relaxing and my skin is already glowing.

I started coming here a couple years ago for facials and botox. The staff are wonderful! Everyone is friendly, caring and professional. I had my 1st consultation for treatment & care of my melasma last year with Renee. She has been amazing! I love how she explains in details about the skin, the treatments and how they work. I have learned so much from her as well as the correct skin care regimen to do for myself. I am currently in a treatment plan targeting my melasma and skin texture. And the results of the 1st treatment are so noticeable! I have gone through 4 Aesteticians in the last 6 yrs and Renee has been the best so far. I am very pleased with her!

My experience with Alyssa was exceptional. Not only was she professional, but she also provided excellent care. If you are looking for someone who is passionate about their patients, and someone who is knowledgeable about aesthetic care, look no further! During my time with her, she provided educational tips on how to continue care after treatment. She recommended products specific to my skin type and so much more. I am most definitely coming back.

Delana is exceptional! She is knowledgeable, quick and very pleasant to work with. My skin has gotten better and better with Delana. I tried many other service providers and she exceeds them all!

I have a much overdue review for Renee! I had my first facial with her about a month ago and had such a great experience! She is so kind and a wealth of knowledge. I was so relaxed and felt so refreshed afterwards. While the facial was fantastic, I can’t recommend enough, following her suggests for skincare. That more than anything transformed my skin and got me ready for my wedding!

I also saw Alyssa for some last minute botox and am excited to return to see her for future treatment.

Love this place! Always feel welcomed and never judged. Missy, at the front desk, is always so helpful, friendly, and kind. She stays calm and courteous even though you can tell she juggles many tasks at once. Jess, APRN is amazing! She spent as much time with me as needed and more. She made sure all of my questions were answered. She’s my favorite Botox injector ever! Results are always beautiful! I recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

I love this place. My girl Alyssa is the best! I'm loving the way I look. All the staff are so nice and so caring and explain everything you want done throughly and answer all questions you may have for any procedure you may want done. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Alyssa is an expert at her craft. Not only is she beautiful, but so very sweet. She was very patient, answer all my questions, and was honest with what I was trying to achieve. She explained everything in detail and walked me through the entire process.

I love this place! The staff here is friendly and welcoming. I've been doing laser hair removal with Delana. She's very knowledgeable and listens to all concerns before treatments. I've had wonderful success with my laser hair removal. I'm darker skin and refinery spa has the settings for my skin tone. Delana has been awesome with taking great care of me and making this process of hair removal easy. Thank you to Delana and the rest of the staff at refinery spa being sweet and friendly.
