2I have lived in Naples all my life. I have rented in communities all over the city. The Reserve at Naples as been the WORST community I’ve ever lived. The woman in charge of office/Emailing does not reply. Have been emailing her of issue since early DECEMBER now it’s late April & I have not yet gotten a reply after countless emails/voicemails. The only thing nice about his community is the pond. That’s it. Save your money & go somewhere else. I will warn all my Naples locals about investing in this place. I even asked neighbors and they all say the same thing. She takes AGES to reply to you. Maybe the committed board needs to get someone to help her assist. At least someone who cares to reply.
Want to live here? Think twice. I’ve been here for 5 years. New management like to blast people on YouTube pages for violations. Its not a small business friendly community. Got my car towed while on my honeymoon recently. Gates always broken/not working. Sketchy hotel across the fence. Not good…
