Update: I did up date my rating from 1 star because someone did get back to me Finally. She was very pleasant and apologized profusely. No availability as of now so I can't rate the property its self but seems nice

I have tried numerous times to call email and even stop by the office during business hours and nobody's there or the doors always locked just to find out if there was available rentals I've got No responsefrom them which is actually disappointing because it seems like a nice complex.

The new property manager was very nice and accommodating. I moved here because where I was the rent skyrocketed and the apartments here at the Residences are much nicer than where I came from and not as expensive and bigger. I don’t care anymore about club houses and swimming pools. And I also like the fact that I have two parking spaces allotted to my apartment.

I’ve Been Calling And Going To The Office For A Full Month Now Once to twice a week, called everyday from 9am-1pm, no answer EVER. Emailed more than 4x no response back! I’m reading the reviews and I seen nothing but bad things about communication with management

There needs to be some kind of investigation opened on the "property manager" of these apartments.there are a few tenants there that i personally know that's she's either forcing or has forced out and has no evidence to back up why she's made them move because they're good tenants with great rental history.i have an idea as to why, but i don't want to pull "the card". She should be ashamed of herself and whoever owns these buildings made a horrible choice in choosing this despicable person to manage their property.

I try call made appointment but no body answer and I send email never response I still waiting It's been four days and I need moving end of March I hope someone call me.

We have tried calling for 2 weeks straight, have left numerous voicemails, and have sent request for information and no one has reached out to us. We even stopped by the office at 11: 00am and they are completely closed. They said to call the number on the door but again have tried numerous times and nothing. Horrible communication and very unprofessional.
