3Live here at your own risks️Granted I was there 5 years! Emily was the best Now corporate is another story…. They kept 98% of my deposit. I was ok with that! Fine you can have it. Now a 400.00 Lightbill when I made sure I paid it off before I left. The Elevators ALWAYS BROKE! This is the best way to put this review and still being appropriate. Great place to live. A wide range of residents. Families, young and older adults. Great place. Very on top of everything. Beautiful lake behind residence. Huge living space. Very safe. Maintenance is on top of everything. I been here only a few months with my wife and they have done so much to improve the property. The ladies in office are on top of everything. I dealt with Emily who is a super honest and reliable person. I would highly recommend living here if you can find a spot. Great job staff!
