The Roots Health Center is definitely one of a kind! Through x-rays, after years and years not having any, we found out my issues and why my body needs constant adjusting, yet having it done the same way repeated wasn’t fixing the root problem! The Roots technique is something I’ve never experienced and started seeing results within the 1st week! They are attentive and your adjustments are spot on and appointments are always thorough and fast! You are in and out within minutes! A+ for sure!

Staff is friendly and informative! All of the doctors do a great job at making you feel at home and comfortable.

The roots team has helped me become pain free after over a year of constant pain following an automobile accident. Since coming here, and getting weekly adjustments from Dr. Logan and Dr. Sara I have been Able to resume physical activity like biking with my children, working out, swimming, etc. I am able to keep up with my twins with less pain than when I started. They have also helped my twins by getting rid of their constant headaches and allergies. They are happier and more focused in school. I couldn’t thank Roots for all of their help and support. You feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for Care.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Irresponsible providers who clearly only care about money. I was a patient for over a year, then I was in a horrible auto accident where I was not at fault. I came into the office two days after (in shock and with a traumatic brain injury) and they did an assessment. They charged me upfront! Then I came back to go over the x-rays (not even done by a doctor, but a front desk associate) and they charged me upfront for an entire care package. This should not happen! And I still haven't gotten a refund. If you have been in an accident, please go somewhere else! Even if you haven't been in an accident, if you are looking for individual care (not being treated like a number), then please go somewhere else.

I am not covering up anything, I am angry and rightfully so for the way I have been treated. I am not a rude person and have been nothing but super positive/pleasant until my care was mishandled and everyone in this office knows that. Plus, I initially wrote a very cordial email simply stating I was unhappy, why I was unhappy, that I would be going somewhere else and that I needed a refund. The office/Drs wouldn't let it go, tried to manipulate me into coming into the office and staying under their care. They also claimed it was office policy not to issue my refund unless I came to the office. So anyway thanks for trying to discredit my character thus my review, very classy. Even more so considering, as already stated, I am dealing with a traumatic brain injury which does include not being able to regulate emotions normally (why I wanted to keep things in writing in the first place). But responsible doctors would already know that and take that into consideration when handling my care and responding to my review. And yes, I did go to the ER as I told this office and brought the paperwork with me. I also told the Roots that the insurance of the commercial van that rear-ended me while I was at a complete stop at a light (in the left-hand turn lane) was claiming responsibility. Oh and due to the severity of the impact and my medical history, an MRI should have been ordered immediately by this office.but wasn't, not at all. They claim to care, but actions (or lack thereofof) speak louder than words. I couldn't even get a referral for imaging or an attorney. If this business, that claims to be so community based, has been handling personal injury cases for 6 years, then why don't they have referrals for attorneys or advanced imaging? And why don't they know how to properly handle insurance claims?

My husband and I have been going to The Roots for many months now and have seen great progress thus far!

I began care when I was late in my second trimester of pregnancy and it helped significantly.

My husband has had long standing neck and chest pain and it has improved largely.

Came in to further my overall fitness. First impressions of all the ladies at front desk was they were very friendly and professional. With each visit the staff makes you more at home and like part of a family. Oh and the actual treatments are amazing, great way to relieve stress.

The team at Roots Chiro are very energetic and patient. I feel that they genuinely care, they're attentive, and not pushy about their offerings.
They do a great job of decorating so your visits are never boring!
