The Royal Crest Room, St Cloud FL

We chose The Royal Crest Room for our daughter’s wedding on 8/26/23. This was the BEST decision we could have made. The RCR team worked from beginning to end ensuring we created the exact vision we had for the wedding, from the intimate ceremony to the gorgeous reception, to the sparkler exit. We had a unique request for a reception layout that was new to them, and Jackie worked with us to ensure our exact vision transpired. The RCR also has many amazing decor items and floral pieces that enhanced the overall decor without additional costs to us. We decided to move the ceremony indoors due to the heat and I had so many concerns about it, but they continued to assure us and worked with us to create a beautiful intimate indoor space. The reception hall came out absolutely dreamy, I can’t think of anything I would have changed. We also received many compliments on the food! The braised beef was a HUGE hit with our guests. I also appreciate the little details Jackie provided: making sure my daughter and son in law had private moments after the ceremony, and also making sure the bridal suite had food for them. While our guests were taking in all the moments I saw Jackie and the whole RCR team working hard making everything come together as planned. I’m so grateful to this venue, Jackie, and the whole team for creating such a magical day for my daughter and entire family that we will never forget. Thank you Royal Crest Room!

Very beautiful. However, for cocktail / appetizers, hours Was outside in the open with no tent nor fans blowing, and the temperature was in upper nineties. MANAGEMENT should considered to put up some tents. I got a lot of complaints from our guest for my daughter's wedding. People felt like they wanted to faint And drinks were not being served they had to walk to get their drinks, not cool.

Great wedding venue! Nice big dance floor. Beautiful outdoor wedding area. Needs a little more signage to get you in from the parking lot to the right place. Friendly staff.

We had our wedding here in March! This is the most beautiful venue I have ever been to. The entire experience was great especially with the help of the Royal crest room team. Our day of coordinator Brittany did a fantastic job and really helped alleviate all of my stresses. I highly recommend getting married here!

Cannot say enough good things about this venue. We were nervous choosing this location because we live in NYC (with all our family in Florida) but the entire team made long distance planning smooth and stress free, and the day of went better than I could have imagined.

We wanted a venue with everything in one spot - so to have the gorgeous ceremony space, terrace for cocktail hour, and reception ballroom all within a few feet of each other was perfect. Every detail and decor piece was perfectly placed by the time we arrived, and all-star Jasmine kept everything running smoothly and on time. Important to note that on the day of the whole team went above and beyond. When we had some difficulties with other vendors they handled it on our behalf so we could just enjoy.

Also - the food was incredible.

It really was a dream wedding venue worth every penny for the memories that we are cherishing. Weeks later we are still getting compliments from guests about how beautiful everything was.

One of our favorite venues to shoot at! We have had the pleasure of shooting a few weddings here and love it! Great decor and photo options all around! Def recommend!

As a wedding photographer, this was such a beautiful venue to capture images at! The facilities are beautiful and well-maintained. They were quick to accommodate my bride and groom's last minute wedding relocation, when their initial venue suddenly shutdown a few months prior. A staff member escorted us via golf cart to the most picturesque locations throughout the course, including stone bridges and luscious trees on the back of the property. The reception area feels a bit tight for anything over 100, but that was just my opinion! Overall, a great venue & I'd love to capture more weddings here!

Our son was married here last night. What a beautiful venue and amazing staff. Brittany was their coordinator. She and the staff were organized, professional and anticipated every need. Fantastic communication and execution. It was a special night and a beautiful start to their marriage.

For a weadding: in general, Beautiful. Needs some work on grooms area, is not private. Kinda over price, bellacollina price in golf course?

The staff and crew were absolutely wonderful. The venue is gorgeous and the wedding coordinator Brittany a 10 stars in my book. The wedding of my best friend's son was absolutely perfect. Brittany helped us from beginning to the very end. We did a lot of DIY and Brittany assured us that everything we needed done/decorated/assembled would be done when we got in 2 hours before the wedding and it was. We just did the finishing touches. At the end, she and her staff helped with the breakdown. If you are considering the Royal Crest Room, please hire Brittany as your Wedding Coordinator and definitely book the Crest Room for your wedding.
