Someone better tell me where 3 months of payments are going and I have zero progress. I have contacted you all on several occasions and there has been no indication that there was an issue. If I don’t have 3m of a prescription soon there is going to be a problem!

This is a complete SHAM! They are deceiving people regarding what they are/will be providing. They are not authorized by the drug makers to act as a middleman in any capacity. They mislead, and outright lie about their role and what they will be providing for you and how you are going to be billed. My young adult daughter was misinformed and told that she would be billed $35 for a membership fee and that once she was approved for the program she’d be billed $70 a month for the medication, so I let her use my credit card. Its been a couple of months now and they have billed my credit card $105 the very first day, and another $70 exactly one month later. Now that they have our credit card info (and all of her personal info, which worries me about her being at risk for identity theft!) they want to change their song and dance and claim that they are charging her all this money for “their services”- what services? ! They have done nothing but rip off poor, ill patients who are most susceptible- many are the elderly. We need to seek an attorney who is willing to take this up as a class action suit as this company is definitely in violation of the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. In the meantime I have opened a case with my credit card company and filed a case with the Better Business Bureau.
