Nothing but a scam.they have taken almost 180$ from my bank account and still no meds. Unable to reach Lilly pharma directly.

This company has been a Major Help To me. Ive been struggling to pay for my medications for a long time now and i never knew places like this exist. The process was quite simple and i was able to get my medication for a fraction of what i used to pay, even with my Insurance. The Enrollment Department Was Very Helpful and there customer service team made it very simple for me. Thank you so much RX helper!

I was struggling with getting an inhaler to deal with my COPD. When i called in whatever agent i spoke with explained the process thoroughly and i would be expected to do some paperwork on my end. I completed the paperwork and started receiving my meds and they even do the refill process for me. I have been receiving this inhaler for about 7 months at a fraction of what i would be paying through my obamacare.

Total Rip off people Dont even think about it. They have charged me numerous times Never have i received any Medication. Sales Rep guy Jake is a Thief. Wont give refund.

DO NOT GIVE THESE LIARS AND THIEVES ANY MONEY OR ANY OF YOUR TIME!

If I could rate this organization a zero I would. They gave me the run around and charged me for medication I never received! They said this was because I never faxed in the application. I faxed the application three separate times to them.

When I called last, they yelled at me and mocked me for wanting my medication! Unbelievable! They then humiliated me and made fun of me!

This company is a bogus runaround. I will die of natural causes by the time they anything together.and after you sign up they don't answer their phones. They've promised to call back numerous times and did not keep their promise. Call the company that makes your drug. They re far superior. Sign up with Rx helper at your own peril.

They have been charging my account for a year and a half for a subscription to their service without a current prescription, since over a year. They claimed that they sent us the application for 2016 to the corrected address but they never followed up with the missing application they just resumed automatic deductions.though he stated they tried to contact us, we do not have email of his reported emails.
When we inquired about this, Fred (no last names), supposedly the supervisor, reversed one month charge.one month $50 for me and $900 for them, for no service rendered. Very cheeky.when asked for the CEO he could not transfer me. We have severed our relationship with this company, and will be filing a Better Business Bureau complaint.

I learned that funds have to go through 3 different portals before getting into my bank account. Sounds like he watches The Flash too much. After many days of waiting on my refund. Do not trust this company!

I have been working with this company since July trying to get my inhaler. After $160.00 and no medication I have contacted this company on several occasions and always had to wait on hold for at least 30 minutes each time and been told a bunch of lies. Promises that were never followed through and after a lot of wasted time and frustration, I have cancelled my membership. I even spoke with a "supervisor" Mark
Escobar who convinced me to stay with them and give him the opportunity to correct the situation. Mark was going to call my doctor's office himself and make sure that this was handled properly. Mark never called because "our call volume is so high, I did not have time". Well then you should not make promises you cannot fulfill. I am now out $160.00 and got nothing but frustration for it. This "business" is a joke and a bunch of con-artist who have no problem taking people's money and giving nothing in return. I asked for a refund for the two payments for medicine I never received and of course that is not possible. Beyond frustrated!

I suffered a brain tumor 10/14 6 surgeries in 3 yrs.so many medications I couldn't keep track of. It's well worth the price! Excellent customer service. Very prompt in return calls. Meds arrive on time. So grateful for this service

I would give RxHelper 0 stars if possible. They did absolutely nothing for me and took my money anyway! I mailed them all of the required information, and they just kept sending me emails telling me that they never got my information. I called them about 8 times- always being put on hold, and everyone I talked to told me that they couldn't find my record. I just called them to cancel, and they were happy to do that, but I will not be getting a refund because the "time period had lapsed. " What a terrible company. Don't use them for help with your prescriptions. They are terrible and their service is awful. Don't sign up with them unless you have money to burn!

The worst customer service! They lie to you to get your money. Then they keep you going with lies to keep getting money before you ever get your prescriotion. They messed up how many pills I get to keep me from throwing up every day with migraines and after I spent 3 weeks calling them for updates on the work they weren't getting done, I finally cancelled and requested a refund. The supervisor put me on hold, cancelled my account then came back and said sorry we don't give refunds! I spent $220 and got 1/4 of the medication I would have received with insurance which I could have paid $4 for 18 pills per month. This company is a huge rip off to people who really need services like this and I completely feel robbed and abused. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE ACTUALLY NEEDING HELP WITH PRESCRIPTIONS!

This seems fraudulent. Patients can apply directly through the vendors for the same exact assistance FREE of charge, and there is NO monthly charge for the medications. This company is taking advantage of already vulnerable people. Shame on you. Provider often will also provide this service for their patients at no charge.

They have taken 2 payments and still no approval. Spent over $50 faxing information. Talk to one person and they have everything they need, then I receive a call they are missing information. Each time I ask if there is anything else and they say no that would be all we need. This is not good customer service, nothing but a run around. Now I'm told I cannot get my money back, as it is to late. But they are the ones that kept changing their position if they had everything or not. This was a horrible experience, I do not have the money to just keep throwing away on such a shady operation. Please do not waste your money or time on this operation.

Great idea but customer service leaves much to be desired. If you use this service be prepared for having to constantly call and badger the staff in order to get information, because they do not follow through and contact you, but they do make sure and deduct your payment on time, shame they are not as prompt when in comes to getting you your medication.

I am very frustrated with this service. I never filled out the paperwork for enrollment and was still changed the $60 enrollment fee. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told he was the surpervisor and there was no one higher for me to talk to. We all know EVERYONE has a boss even if it's the Chairman of the Board. I would not recommend this service to anyone!

I've been using this service for many months and I can't tell you how much I appreciate everything they do for me. They have and still continue to listen to all of my needs and exceed my expectations. This service is a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. I would be lost without them. Huge shout out to The RX Helper, the best company and I highly recommend them!

St first it sounded like a great deal andrheysurewnoughtook their first payment but I got nothing from them. I called to find out what's been going on and they tell me if I got the welcome pal from them and I said no. All I got was a runaround. It's been like6 weeks and I still got nothing and I'm about to run out of my meds soon
