Donuts are always great. Customer service is not so great. Every time we go in, they look at customers as if they are a bother.

First visit today. I stopped for coffee and to try the donuts. I’m not a fan of gourmet donuts but WOW! I can’t get it out of my head - and I had the regular glazed donut. One of a kind. And they back it up with excellent coffee.

I hate writing reviews, but this morning I ordered from the South Miami location through the Salty Donut app. I ordered 4 donuts: brown butter, chocolate chip, pumpkin spice, and cinnamon cereal latte donuts, with 2 drinks: an apple pie chai latte and maple with brown sugar cold brew. Let me tell you, when I received the order, the two drinks tasted like dirty water with syrup, and it was so dark that the cold brew didn’t taste like it was supposed to; it tasted like coffee with the apple pie syrup and water, and the chai tasted like water with the apple pie syrup. Keep in mind I said no ice, so I was extremely disappointed because it tasted so bad and was so watery. I checked, and it didn’t come with ice, so I don’t understand why it was watery. So all three of the four donuts were good except the cinnamon cereal latte. It was not like the picture; it tasted like a glaze, and they just added the crispy rice treat. I am far beyond disappointed. I have been a day-one customer. This is what happened to the company when they began expanding; they didn’t pay attention to small details, and the workers didn’t really care how they did the drinks. In the picture I provided, that’s the supposedly cinnamon cereal latte donut.

I got 5 different ones (including a pop tart) - every single one is absolutely delicious. Hands down 10 put of 10. Price/quality is very fair.
Can’t wait to try the rest of the kinds! And the box design is very nice.

I’m a local who used to frequent fireman Dereks.the salty is a better dessert for a better value. I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered from there. It is the best donut I have ever had in my life.

By far the best donuts EVER. It’s also a complete pleasure to visit the South Miami location (it’s dangerously close to my work place) because the staff is always so welcoming and accommodating. They really go above and beyond to make your experience a fantastic one.

The donuts here are good, but I had a frustrating experience once. I came in wanting to try the Nutella flavor, but the person in front of me placed an order for 24 Nutella donuts, leaving me with no option but to choose a different flavor.

Definitely hit the spot on a rainy day at work, especially the Oreo Cake donut holes.
Repeat customer for life!
