Called in and made an appointment upon citing my situation. The appointment was made however when I went in they did not have me listed for an appointment and instead of re-scheduling me they had me sit with the lead secretary that had no official law degree and was giving me information she “thought” to be true. She kept on going in and out as we asked her questions to get the right information from someone who was within the office who actually was a legal counsel. Then, Mr. Clarke walks into the office and doesn’t even acknowledges us. It was just very unorganized and unprofessional in my opinion. Sorry. My fiancé who is Jamaican was very disappointed in his fellow native.

Very poor customer service. They missed my consultation appointment twice with no update calls or emails. When called no apology or remorse shown. I was however refunded after reaching calling twice for the refund. Only then was issued an apology by the supervisor.

I was most disappointed by Mr Clarke. Rescheduled online consultation and poor communication about it. He came online, no apologies given. He gave honest, useful information. That was good. But I was promised a follow-up email that never came. This was from last year October 2023. I just figured he didn't want my business. He obviously is too rich and busy. I was not going to say anything, but a request came to my mailbox to rate my experience with Sekou Clarke.

If I could give less than a one I definitely would. This place mistakes getting a settlement as professionalism and I tried to no avail to let them see how they are not one and the same. If you are looking for a lawyer to keep you out of loop and then give sob stories as to why they didn’t call you to inform you what was happening with your case then this is definitely the lawyer for you. From the receptionist all the way up is excuses with parking, from the paralegal losing her home to the attorney not understanding that him and his staff were underwhelming in their jobs to say the least. I told him that every person who worked on my case deserved to be paid as well as I but I also wanted to be kept in the know in my case and not be the one who had to call into their office to get results they never called until I called and they had to return my call. Unprofessional bunch of hacks in business attire.

I got an email to schedule an appointment after talking to an employee, I respond to the emails asking a question and got no response. The same thing happened in November. I left a voicemail because I was going to be in the NYC from Wed to Fri and wanted to set an in-person appointment for my family members, by the time I got an response all the appointments were gone for the date I wanted.

It seems like a knowledgeable law office based on the videos on YouTube but the response is slow.

After waiting for a response for a week I decided to drive to New York City yesterday and hired a different lawyer for my family members case.

Professional courteous service they really go on the extra mile in satisfying the needs of their clients, myself included. I'm glad I chose The Sekou Clarke Law Group I'm no regrets here. (Don't think we're

Highy recommend. Aisha has been taking care of my case. She has been going an excellent job taking care of everything. Needed help financial during the case, and she made sure to get me resources and aid right away. She has made this process much easier and more comfortable.

This is what I said 2 years ago when Aisha was helping take care of my case. However, it went downhill after that comment. It had been 2 years and my case has still not been closed. I never get any updates and never get a response no matter how many times I call. I had asked Aisha to give me updates once a month so that I know they are working on it. It has been 12 months. I think I last spoke with her in January and I have not been given one update on my case. I am tired of constantly calling trying to get figure out what’s going on and not getting a proper response. Instead I am being criticized for not being patient when I call maybe every 4-5 months for an update. Please call me back when you can because I want to know what’s going on!

I must say that the communication was absolutely terrible. I had to deal with multiple representatives, and their inconsistency made it difficult for me to get anything done. It was frustrating to have to wait days for a response to my calls and emails, and I often felt ignored. Their customer service and communication skills were lacking, and it was a big disappointment. What's more, they need to focus on having a consistent team to avoid such issues. My husband also had a case with them, but they didn't do much to assist him, despite charging a high fee. It felt like they were only interested in the money, not in helping us. However, I am confident in my abilities as a hardworking individual, even when faced with challenges like this.

This lawyer is expensive and doesnt work the way he should, I will have to go to q new lawyer because He cant get the job done.
