It's been about 18 months, and now for the 4th time we got the wrong equipment delivered. Initial install of the shades wasn't done right, so they've been scrambling for a year and a half now. At a stage where I'm close to tearing what they've half finished down and going with another company.

I had a very positive experience dealing with the Shade Store and particularly Judy Henry. There was a bump in the road when one of my shades was ever so slightly too large for one of my window bays. Measuring for shades is very precise and if you are off even 1/16 of an inch, you can have problems. That being said, the Shade Store and Judy took very prompt corrective action. I am now remodeling my third home, so I am accustomed to things not always going right. For me the most important thing is how a company handles that type of situation when it happens. The Shade Store went above and beyond the call of duty in meeting my needs. Thank you Shade Store.

We had blinds installed in our primary bedroom. We were very happy with the Shade Store. Jason, our sales representative, made the whole process very easy from sending a team out to measure the windows, selecting our fabric and coordinating the installation. The installation team worked very neatly and made sure we were happy with the finished product.

My project, involving 5 shades and 2 draperies, had a few hiccups, but the value of a company is reflected by the ability to promptly, fairly, and expediently handle unexpected issues. The Customer Service provided by Jason Henry was unfailingly professional and responsive.

I have rarely seen this much incompetence from installers in my life. The level of unprofessionalism from the shade store in Fort Lauderdale is beyond words. The manager is especially spineless and leaves her customers hanging at 7: 00 p.m. On a Friday night without so much as a courtesy call to let them know they need to reschedule the install.

I worked with Judy Henry who was so great at helping guide me to the right shade solution for us. She not only got us to a solution we are very happy with, but helped trouble shoot the inevitable bumps along the road that happen these days supply chain wise - and she is a joy to talk to which made the whole process even more enjoyable.
