The Shop, Orange City FL

Irvin is amazing inside and out. He let my nephew cut his hair obviously pretending but he definitely went above and beyond. Been going to him for years.

THE SHOP is my go to for regular Haircuts and shave. I also bring my boys there. The owner is extremely friendly and welcoming when you walk in the door. He plays great music and has a nice waiting area. The Barbers behind him are incredibly talented. RJ takes care of my boys. One gets a cut, with RJ taking extra time and skill to cut a silhouette of Spiderman that looks amazing. The other little one has long hair and RJ pulls out the scissors and goes to work. I mention this because not many Barbers can do both. For me, my Man Tejada in the back is the most thorough Barber I've ever been to. He takes the extra time to clean up my neck and ears. And doesn't miss anything. This establishment is clean and they in my opinion are the best around.

I can't believe it has been almost five years that the Shop has been open! I followed Jaime from his previous location when he started his own business, The Shop. My Dad had his own parts store years ago and there are so many valuable lessons to be learned when you are responsible for a business; dealing with workers, customers, and the community around you. I am so proud of how awesome The Shop has turned out to be. I know that Jaime does his best to instill unparalleled customer service in all his barbers. I also know that making an appointment is not a guarantee to start at a precise time; sometimes he can take me a couple minutes early and sometimes he's finishing up with a previous client. Patience, people! This is an art, not science. Not to mention, I get a great haircut from him! Keep up the terrific work, my Brother!

Came into town from at Atlanta and stopped at my favorite barbershop. Another awesome cut this time by Gean. He did an incredible job! Will be back every time I'm in town!

Great barber shop. They seem like they can accommodate all styles and some of them even do kids, boys and girls. My new spot for hair and beard.

Unfortunately, I had an awful experience at ‘The Shop’ in Orange City, FL. To be Exact, the service I received was very unprofessional. The barber had very little customer service skills. While finishing up my son's haircut I noticed his fadeline was still visible. I asked the Barber if he could go over his fadeline once more. He said "No, fix it yourself" then handed me his clippers. While demanding that I pay him, which I had no problem. I told the barber "I didn't think it was that serious and asked him how much? ". Then he proceeded to charge me $25.00 which is $5.00 more than the price displayed on the poster. I paid the $25.00 in order to deescalate the situation in front of my Son. He continued to be extremely rude as we exited until I asked "Do we have a problem? " This had to be the most unprofessional and unnecessary experience at a barber shop ever! Walked in and waited for over a hour, then I see a family walk in after 45 mins of me waiting, they also had no appointment and was able to go before me. Then for some reason they were taking everyone that came in after me. Horrible service, I felt excluded out the shop and didn’t feel welcomed at all. No one said a word to me, it was as if no one wanted to cut my hair in this place. I wasted a good hour just to be treated as if I don’t exist.

Kevin was my barber and he is the best! Not only does he do an amazing job but the professionalism he has and his work ethic make him number one in my book. The atmosphere at the barbershop is relaxed and decor makes you feel welcome. Oh and my man’s stayed late to do my haircut too. Props to him for that. Keep up the great work. Kevin is definitely my barber from now on.

They don’t know how to cut hair he took 2 hours just to do a normal hair cut low faid 40 dolars for Nathing bad barber shop look at my hair like that not even right

I have been taking my son, who is 10, to The Shop for a couple of years. I have never experienced anything like the professionalism and friendliness like The Shop provides. Jaime, the owner, is an absolute gentleman and always makes sure everyone is taken care of. Angelo is the one who cuts my sons hair and he is an artist at his trade. The atmosphere at The Shop is one like no other. One of my favorite parts about The Shop is, they actually remember who you are and if they know your name, they’ll actually use it to greet you. You can make appointments or walk in. Yes, you may have to wait a bit, but its worth the wait! If you’re looking for somewhere to get your haircut, this is the place. If you’re a walk in who is on a time crunch, just simply ask “how long is the wait? ” Don’t sit there and then walk out with out actually talking to someone who works there. These guys and girls will always make sure you’re taken care of.

Very friendly and professional barbers. Everyone greets you with a smile when you walk in. Never had any issue with mine or my sons haircut. Very clean environment. They hand sanitizers everywhere. The owner is a hard-working man always looked out for his customers.

Pito is an amazing Barber, very professional always pays attention to all details. He’s always Eagered to try innovative techniques which are always top notch. I will always recommend him to my friends and family. If you want a great experience visit his station will not be disappointed.
