Had plantation shutters installed today for 8 windows. Extremely Happy with them! I would highly recommend Tom, awesome job well done.

Tom showed up to make measurements and give us a proposal. We determined the proposal was reasonable. Tom wrote up the contract and promised the shutters would be installed in four weeks. Literally, on the day of the fourth week, Matt arrived and installed 16 plantation shutters, Matt was efficient and, when he left, except for the new shutters, it looked like he hadn't been here.

Both Tom and Matt were professionally friendly. The shutters are everything we expected. We highly recommend The Shutter Factory.
