Stopped in to check Tempurpedic mattresses. Kyle helped us. No pressure, clean store, Kyle knew answers to all our questions. They want you to pick the right mattress, no commissions so no pressure. Heading back to order a new mattress today from The Sleep Center.

I needed a new mattress, and my daughter recommended The Sleep Center. Our Sleep Consultant was Jonathan Grant, and he was great. Provided details about the construction, etc, but did not get pushy. He encouraged us to look at several brands, but we returned to the more expensive brand because it was so comfortable. The delivery was on-time, fast, polite, just like it should be. I did have a followup question that was answered quickly and thoroughly. Great Place to buy your next mattress!

The Sleep Center here in The Villages, deserves 10 stars for customer service. We had extenuating circumstances, delaying when we could take delivery of our bed. They worked with us, no hassle and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The day of delivery, Biscuit and Stephen arrived right on schedule, very professional, efficient and knew what they were doing. They were careful of walls and furnishings and went above and beyond to accommodate our request for special assistance. This is our second purchase from this Sleep Center and we will continue to use and recommend them.

Moved here and bought a "cheap" mattress - endured 2 years of awful sleep and started the search for another Tempurpedic. Went to three stores in and around The Villages. By far, the service and knowledge of The Sleep Center on Parr Drive was above and beyond. Knowledge of product as well as ongoing "service" if needed. Customer satisfaction was paramount. I sold the existing bed and consequently, had to sleep on sofa until mattress arrived. I decided to call to see (2-4 weeks) if it arrived and luckily, it had. I explained my situation to Kyle, and he said, "let me check on something and call you back". Ten minutes later, he said the drivers were willing to do an extra stop (coming from Gainesville) and would be here between 2-5PM. They arrived at 2PM and since I didn't have the new queen assembled, they did it. Within an hour, the new bed set up and they demonstrated the automatic/electric portion of the bed. I thanked them profusely (gave a well-earned tip) and upon leaving, one of the drivers said, "If you are happy, we'd appreciate if you''d take the time to review our work, the delivery and the company - we're a relatively new company and want to build our customer support". This delivery/assembly technician sounded like an owner! Both gentlemen wore uniforms, very respectful of our home and could not have been more helpful. So, to Jonathan, Kyle and the delivery/assembly team - thank you so very, very much for accommodating the request, for the surprise pillow and mattress cover and for giving me the best night of sleep in two years. Actually woke with NO body pains (two hip and two knee replacements plus torn rotator cuff) - and wanted to go back to bed because it felt so great. Mere words could not fully express the gratitude.

We had a great experience from start to finish at The Sleep Center in The Villages. Will was our sales rep and knew every detail about every bed. No pressure to buy one or the other. Steven and Biscuit delivered and set up our purchases. They were so helpful and professional. We highly recommend The Sleep Center in The Villages!

If I could have given 10 stars I would have! I'm not sure what happened to my original review, but I'm excited to rectify the situation - A couple of months ago, I purchased a new Tempur-Pedic mattress from The Sleep Center in Oxford, FL. Kyle was absolutely the best and very helpful in making my decision. He is an asset to this company; I'm glad I decided to shop there before heading to another place.

The delivery team of Biskit and Joles were the best ever! While being utmost professional and knowing exactly what they were doing, they also have a great sense of humor and kept me smiling/laughing for the whole time. As far as I'm concerned, I was well taken care of in all aspects from purchase to delivery.

If you're looking for a new mattress or accessories, you'll not do better than The Sleep Center!

I needed a new mattress and thought I’d stop at the closest store to my home which happened to be the Sleep Center in the Villages.
Then I’d shop at other stores to comparison shop.
…But the no pressure service I received, the quality products, and the wonderful price I got on my tempurpedic mattress made it completely unnecessary to go to any other stores.
Still I was not going to rush into making such an important purchase, so I returned several times after doing some reading and YouTube watching.
I met all of the sleep consultants: Will, Dustin, Kyle, and the owner Brent.
These gentlemen were all so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.
Every business should be run with such exceptional customer service!

Then a couple days later my Tempurpedic pro adapt hybrid mattress was delivered free of charge and my old mattress removed. Again the exceptional service continued.
Mr. Biskit went above and beyond to make sure my new mattress was well supported and Mr. Joles was also very kind and helpful.
I have slept on the the mattress 2 nights and it’s the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had.
I HIGHLY recommend this entire crew and their store.
You will be glad you went there.

Great experience at Sleep Center with Will! Knowledgeable, patient & no pressure! Then the delivery guys (Biskit & Steven) were incredible. They moved foundation from one bed to another, brought in the new units & even patiently helped me redo the bed skirts on both beds! Couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! Completely satisfied!
