The Smile Centre - Venice

Called today to schedule an annual cleaning as a new patient based on the mostly good reviews. After explaining to the lady who answered the phone what I needed she told me an X-ray and exam would be required prior to the cleaning as a new patient. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to a dentist and I’m new to being on my own insurance so I started asking clarifying questions about if insurance typically covers this and what exactly is part of the exam. Immediately she got annoyed and snappy with me. After asking a question, I could hear her take a few seconds to sigh loudly before she gave me vague answers with unnecessary attitude. I told her I’d call around to other dentists to see if they had earlier appointments than what was available here, but after speaking to such kind administrators from other offices, I was glad not to call them back with this horrible customer service. I was so disappointed to have been talked to so rudely for this dentist to lose business over one phone call…it’s a shame they have someone representing them like that. She never stated her name…

Great people. All staff very friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. The working area is always clean. Highly recommended!

First visit to Smile Centre. Very positive. Everyone I spoke with was was warm and friendly. Jen listened patiently as I explained the less than satisfactory work of other dentists that led to my coming there. My appointment was to consult on the placement of crowns on 3 recent implants. Dr. Wagner was easy to talk to, answered my questions, and I plan to return to complete the process. I feel confident and comfortable that they will do excellent work.

The staff and doctors are amazing and professional! The office is super clean and has all the latest technology. I highly recommend!

From start to finish Dr. Wagler has been nothing short of outstanding! Shes been so good to me, my teeth and my feelings. Dr. Wagler is a fun Dentist that from the beginning makes you feel like you are welcome, safe and ready to make you comfortable for your visit. She has even gone the extra mile to come in early, to fix a filling from a previous Dentist. If you're looking for a new Dentist, be sure to check out Dr. Wagler's office as I couldn't recommend them enough! There's a reason it's called 'The Smile Center' because you'll absolutely be smiling when you leave her office.

I’m just in from out of town while here my front tooth chipped. I spoke with the staff at the smile center. They got me in for an appointment the next day, They were very attentive and did a wonderful job on my tooth. You can’t even tell that there was a chip. I would highly recommend the group for your dentistry work.

They don't listen. I HATE going back somewhere, anywhere, to confront a problem. Went back once to have a partial adjustment, it still isn't right. It feels like my teeth are shifting to make room for the supports. Plus
the teeth are even with the part that go's over the roof of my mouth, and was told I should not eat with it, to remove it. It looks like I have food in my teeth when I wear it, the gum part is really shiny and does not match my gums. I paid so much for this thing and is not at all what wanted, or expected, after the they talked me into it. FRUSTRATING AND FRUSTRATED

Best dentist office ive ever been to! The staff is always more than willing to help and answer my questions and concerns regarding my teeth, and are very patient in explaining the billing through my insurance. Dentists and hygenists do a phenomenal job, very friendly and accomodating. The office is very clean and organized. I went here initially for an exam to see how my wisdom teeth are growing in, then a stellar cleaning. Later got two cavities filled here, and since this was my first time getting cavities worked on, my anxiety was through the roof about the procedure. They were very knowledgable to explain the process and accomodate my TMJ, which makes it painful and difficult to open my mouth fully. Love this team, keep up the great work

The worst experience I have ever had. Dr. Wagler would be better off cleaning bathrooms! She actually referenced this herself. I was referred here from my mom and I can promise you she won't be back either. Waglers bed side matter is just absolutely horrible, she's been a spoiled brat her whole life and it shows. Super aggressive and I've never been in this much pain in my life. Save yourself the trouble and avoid the smile center.

From the moment I entered the office, I was greeted both warmly yet professionally. Staff at every level was exceptional. Dr. Bojko exudes kindness, reassurance and above all expertise. I cannot recommend this office enough. If you live anywhere near, this *should* be your dentist!

Clean and friendly environment, very competent staff, excellent dentists, reasonably priced, and Petey! Who could ask for more?
