Horrible staff. They loose your packages & I moved in my apartment and I had a roommate and she didn’t know I was coming & they were having leaking issues in the ceiling before i moved in. Nobody said anything. Thru my whole lease I had to deal with plumbing issues and ceiling leaks which caused mold. I have plenty of pictures of my ceiling being my left open and per code enforcement no one should live in a open ceiling especially with mold there) and water leaking on my belongs while I was at work or home because they could never seem to fix the issue. The maintenance people are horrible & Lazy. I do not recommend staying there. This was going on for the duration of my lease & they wouldn’t offer a new unit or prorated rent.

I have had good experiences where maintenance responded quickly, were nice, and my issues got handled, but that has been a small percentage of the time. Very unresponsive. We have had a leak in our ceiling 4 separate occasions, one time it didn’t get responded to for 2 weeks and we just had a cooler sitting collecting the water. When maintenance did come they busted open our ceiling and did a terrible job putting it back together, decorating a lot of our belongings with paint along the way. If you have to go to the office to request someone, hopefully you get Z or someone who cares to respond to your issue, because most of the time they will just say they are going to get back to you and never do. When we had no issues, I liked the place and thought it was a fair price for how big of a unit it is (I have the townhome). When you have issues, it is a terrible experience trying to get them resolve them.

I just want to commend Leonard and Andre for making sure my work orders are not only done correctly but promptly. Some of the best maintenance members I have ever had.

The maintenance staff makes it worth living here. They are phenomenal. Marty (in maintenance) has gone above and beyond to resolve my inquiries. He has great customer service and is extremely respectful to residents.

This apartment complex is really awful. Staff is nice, but nothing ever gets done. Maintenance requests take super long, we had the entire roof of our porch collapse leaving a hole into the attic area and they did nothing about it for over a week. They have also lost two of my packages. Furniture/appliances are cheap, and you can find much nicer places in tally for the price.

The maintenance and upkeep of these apartments are horrible the plumbing on all these apartments and townhouses are horrible. Told them I suspected mold while I live here with my child and it took me and my room and me to call code enforcement who did t do anything btw for them to do something but all they did was plug up a fan to dry water from ceiling like that is going to help anything. Things are not replaced just either over looked or only fix one part of it. I moved In and no one told me I had a roommate until I moved in then no one told me that these townhouses have plumping issues and since I’ve been here I’ve had leaking issues as well. Would not recommend to stay here especially with a child.

NOT EVEN ONE STAR. This place is awful. When I first moved in, the main door was unlocked, it was dirty inside (not move in ready). Lazy maintenance, or more like they don't care about their job. Management are unprofessional and don't meet the needs of their residence, more like they don't care. They also don't honor the roommate matching, they blame it on the applicants for lying. DO NOT MOVE HERE IT WILL BE A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

If you are a parent, friends, or individual that cares about the safety of you and yours then you will not allow yours to lease a apartment from this property. Employees are paid incentives to find people that have no experience with the property to leave positive reviews. Communication between management, office staff and residents is terrible. The model apartment looks nothing like the real apartment you may receive, especially the bathroom size and look. You will be randomly placed in whatever apartment is available. The best way to see a real apartment is to find someone sub-leasing and asking them to show you. The roommate matching does not exist and is only there to persuade you to sign. When living in your apartment, you may receive a random roommate without notification, and random inspections. These pictures came from people's apartments move-in day and it was heartbreaking watching these children and parents find dirty unready apartments. There is no real security for the property at night and multiple buildings have no lights on the outside for people to see when unlocking their doors at night. The gates in the front is also for show and the entire complex uses the same code to get in. There are constant car break ins and apartment break ins especially during the warmer months. The property also failed to let the complex know about the maintenance man that was found stealing and sniffing panties of the residents that were not home. The cleaning crew for the property is also known to steal belongings from apartments. Hopefully they improved since the posting of this review, but I would not risk it. You pay for what you get. The rent is cheap, but the mental stress will cost you a lot.

While doing more research and talking with current residents at the establishment, it was found to be an insect problem that never gets fully resolved.

Honestly I feel like a lot of you guys are over reacting. It’s really simple if you have roaches then you are probably nasty lol. But over all it’s a decent place to live the staff is really good at communicating. If I have any issues I go straight to Tiana

Mazi was so great when I needed to see a apartment. The tour was amazing he was so informed at the details of all the information for the apartment complex. Definitely recommend

The apartment complex is great! Mazi was very professional and informative, he answered all the questions I had and then some. I was not even aware of all the amenities that came with being a resident. He also showed me around the property and the floor plan I was interested in. The service alone is enough to make me consider signing a lease here.

Mazi was a great tour guide, he answered all my questions and made sure we were felt comfortable. 10 out 10, would recommend. Ask for Mazi if you need a tour!

The complex is wonderful and filled with lovely enmities. I experienced an awesome tour from Mazi Rhodes. He shared a lot of info about the apartments and stated clearly what is the process towards getting a lease.

Do not live here, all of the positive reviews are from the people that are just touring. Read the ones from actual residents like myself. If I could give this place negative starts I would. The "tour apartment" the show you is fantastic and beautiful but the apartment you actually get is terrible. I literally walked in on move-in day and cried it was SO bad. The people in the office have no professionalism skills at all when you have an actual issue. They are nice people do not get me wrong but they are not trained at all. My AC went out and I notified them right then during business hours and the poor maintenance guy did not come out until 11: 30 pm. The maintenance here is great, they are incredibly nice but they cannot help it if they are NEVER told of your issues.

I got emailed the other day saying "the inspection on your apartment has been cancelled thank you for your understanding" how shocked was I when I found out that there was even an inspection palleted because they never told me.

The gate will NEVER be closed, whatever they tell you its a lie. It is never shut and even when they did shut it for a period of about 1 week, non of our passes worked, none of our codes worked, and people were having to drive in thru the exit to get to their apartments.

They will never answer the phones in the office, someone form the "off site" team will pick up and they can never help you. You will get the run around saying they will have someone call you back and they will not.

The pool/gym are nice if they can keep them clean (which is not all of the time).

I cannot WAIT to move out of this complex as soon as my lease is up. If I had known the horribly run down apartment I was going to get then there is no way I would have signed a lease. They will not even let you see your apartment before signing your lease and paying so good luck dealing with them because their level of service is the worst I have ever seen.

Unfortunately after taking another tour of the complex & reading these reviews once again, I can agree with some of the negative feedback given by the people who is so unfortunate to lease from here. During my second tour I asked some of the residents about the complex & the responses were not positive. Roaches & the pictures of the complex being deceiving was brought up. Good thing I spoke with these individuals before leasing because I want my first time living off campus to be a great experience.

Remember, look around & ask questions, it’ll save you in the long run.

I got towed for parking in "residents" parking last night but what's the craziest thing is that I've been parking in "residents" parking and never got towed until LAST NIGHT. I wish there was an indication that CLEARLY says VISITORS parking.

During my visit I was looking into living off campus next semester, but wasn't to sure with where I should lease from. Mazi Rhodes really helped me make my mind up, he have spectacular customer service skills.

I would like to take the time out to congratulate these three employees that work at the social2700 student space i have been living here for 1 year and four months and from were it's coming fromto where it's now i never meet anyone that is so pleasant and courtesy these employees make u feel welcome when every you enter the Building in and out Amberlee she's amazing worker very honesty, and she really known how to communicate with every oneif you have a problem regard ur apartment she help you the she can to reslove, Attena i hope i spell her name correct she's amazing hard working honesty love to smile smart and pleasant to everyone Mr Cesar Mendez belive i see manager comes and go but this young man is a really good worker he knows his job very friendly knows how to communicate to and task that come his way and i never see and manager that clean the property meaning picking trash, pool, everything him and amberlee, Attena am not saying the rest of employees don't work yes they do but the out standing one's are these three employees and i am happy to be living at the social 2700 students housing they changed it a lot thank you guys for having me and my kids here.

I had a recent visit at the social 2700 and during my visit Mazi help me understand the importance of living off campus in the right place. He gave great costumer service and I appreciate him helping throughout my search.
