I had an unfortunate encounter with attorney Deena, who not only imposed exorbitant fees but also failed to deliver adequate legal representation. Despite initial assurances of positive outcomes, substantial actions were not taken by the attorney until the final hearing. Furthermore, when I sought a fair refund for unused funds, my request was unreasonably denied. Additionally, I was billed the same amount for her secretary, who merely forwarded an email from the opposing counsel without providing substantial assistance for over six months.when I ask why I have been charged that much told that I signed agreement which is not true. Two motions were filed to obtain documents from my ex-spouse, but none were utilized to support my case. Unfortunately, the lack of legal knowledge allowed the opposing counsel to dominate proceedings. I advise others to exercise caution before retaining this lawyer, as their practices deviate from ethical and professional standards.

Charged me $750 from my retainer to write up a motion to enforce a written agreement when I said several times that I did not have a written agreement. It also took several months to get the motion written up and I could no longer use the help.

After a bitter divorce for almost two years. Deena and Ella made my divorce much easier. Their staff truly cares. Deena is patient and understanding. She is a truly remarkable person. Exceptional attorney. I would truly recommend her to anyone who needs a attorney.

I was placed into a situation where I needed a new attorney in the middle of an already filed child support case modification.
