This property is the worst property I have ever rented from. I have been living in my unit for 11 months while pregnant with family with mold in my unit.initially I was not aware of it being mold. I did a walked through with a lady name Gabriella and I pointed out the dirtyness of the AC vents and she stated to me that “ someone was Going to come in the unit and clean it before I moved in the unit back in feb 2023.
Nothing was cleaned “ Gabriella stated that it was just AC DUST and assured me that it will be taken care of. I took her word only because me and my family needed somewhere to stay and I already done spend thousands of dollars for moving expenses…

Moving forward, I continue to monitor … 2 weeks later I noticed it again and reached out to the landlord staff who never got back with me. So I continued to message and take pictures! So from feb to sep of 2023 nothing was done, and I’m
Still thinking it’s dust because when I clean it that’s what it looked like, my issue s I just wanted the maintenance worker to come out in take a look at my ac vent to make sure everything was okay!

In sep of 2023 they finally sent Someone to come clean the vent! But not to long after that I started to notice my walls are sweating and NOW IM SEEING THINGS ON MY CEILINGS AND MY HOME HAS A STRONG SMELL, Immediately I knew that it was MOLD. I have been messaging the landlord and have proof from when I first started to see the “ MOLD” but at one point thinking it was dust.the property charged me 400 dollars just to clean … WHY WOULD YOU CHARGE ME A FEE OF 400 dollars? And was stated to me that I didn’t clean the air filter as to why the celling was looking the way it was.

I been calling and emailing back and forth nothing has been done.everything in my house has mold on it down to my new born clothes. I even paid out of my own pocket for a mold inspector to come test out the celling and INDEED ITS MOLD! Now the property wants to do a deep clean after I have done all this! The mold inspector said that a deep clean will not solve this issue it’s much more serious than a deep clean. Now I have to find a hotel for me and my family after I just paid my rent for January 2024.the property is not willing to help me with any expenses and also trying to put blame on me. MOLD IS MOLD AND THE PROPER PRECAUTION SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN I HAVE BEEN A FAITHFUL TENANT FOR A YEAR NOW!

I wish I could give zero stars. I rented with them for almost two years and broke my lease because I had to relocate literally with less than 60 days left in my lease. I left the apartment clean and not only did I pay rent on time every single month, they decided to put me in collections after being moved out for over 2 years for 1695 dollars for a little studio after a clear discussion was done as to why I had to leave. The owner of the property and Marbel (manager) had an email outlined of what I would be charged and refunded. Please remove the collections as this is fraud. I will fight this collection and dispute it because it is definitely not fair. I will not post the whole email conversation here but definitely will pass it along with the dispute. My deposit of $1750 was kept by The Sools. Nothing was refunded. There is mold in the walls and air condition as well as termites. When it rained heavy, water seeped through the tiles from the foundation and I had black mold in the walls and ruined my clothes in the closet. I was sick several times living there. Be aware of them.

These people are the worst to rent from, I am currently renting from them in Coral Springs, the tile is literally popping up from the floor, and the kitchen is infested with termites, i have informed the sools however it has been over a month and a half and no action has been taken. They have me In unlivable conditions and they do not respond to phone calls or emails. Very unprofessional, I guess i will have to get a lawyer inolved with them because i seem to get no communication from them.

Sools team have been outstanding when it came to my needs and they have been overall the best landlords I've encountered.

Do not rent this people, the manager Marbel Demoya always is avoiding calls from some tenants and the communication is the worst. DO NOT RENT HERE!

This company is the worst! My previous landlord sold the apartment to these people and they took some of my security deposit without informing me. The informed me after the took the money out and after the 30 days they were suppose to inform me by. When you call and leave voicemails and text messages they never respond. Hands down the worst ever BEWARE!

Please do not rent here. This was the absolute worst company I’ve ever rented with. They do not answer phone calls, emails, or texts. I had literal rats in my walls, I had a bug infestation which they said would be resolved. They did not. And now that I left due to inhabitable living. They want to take from me the deposit. DISGUSTING. My child was hospitalized due to the conditions of this home when I arrived.

No worries though. God is good.

Don't know where to begin but let's go, Me and my son rented a condo from Sool's Property management in Versailles Gardens in Tamarac the condo was dated back to the 80's but receiving 2021 rent with lots of hidden black mold and flowers was growing under the kitchen sink and they replaced the dishwasher with a used one full of roaches I could not get rid of, I was treated unfairly because I was upset about my car being towed on Dec 28th 2021 there is absolutely no parking in that community beware, I did not disrespect no one I did call the association the lady that works there is very rude if you go there you will see, she lied about not knowing that was my car I asked could she have gave me chance to move it I don't do that I just couldn't find parking and I was very tried, she told Sool's not to renew my lease at the last min Sool's ask me to move out in 4 days on the 29th I still was under a lease is that legal? And I just received a letter saying they keeping my deposit if I could post pictures you would be shocked 1100.00 for paint, 150.00 for cleaning they say and 100.00 for blinds that never opened, my apartment is basically in the same condition they gave to me the truth. Sool's is a bad company that don't care about people dont use them to rent from only a couple people that work for them might care you know who you are, thanks to them me and my son is homeless and they trying to keep my deposit for stuff that needs to have been changed before I moved in and they know it I guess money comes first maybe its a blessing so me or my son don't died from the mold that's growing in that condo we stayed to long
