The Spice & Tea Exchange of Destin

Went by June 9th in the afternoon and the person working was so nice they helped me find everything i was looking for (and even some things i wasnt)! They also let me know about a deal going on and how to get the stores stuff even when im not in the area!

Pros:
1. Super friendly staff member - Cathy - absolutely delightful
2. Clean outside and indoors
3. Good selection of tea, salts, and spices

Cons:
1. Store is a bit small

Final Thoughts:
A very quaint shop with friendly staff! You can even have some tea made here to go with you. I’d suggest tea drinkers to give it a shot to see if they can fall in love with a new blend!

It was definitely a hit of smell when u walked in. But it was great customer service and the ability to go around and smell all the teas was amazing. And there's honestly a lot more than you think in each of the little packages you buy.

Looked around. Picked out some nice spices to buy my wife for special days. I'll give it 5 stars whwn I cook with them

I love this store, you are able to smell all the exquisite tea and spices! I personally love the Florida sunshine salt shaker and the earl grey crème tea. Divine! They have other cool stuff too like whole Himalayan salt slabs and tea infusers.

This place is fantastic! I visited the shop for the first time today and the woman (Cathy) who showed me around was so kind and friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I don’t usually sign up for rewards programs but I did here because I know I will be back regularly. Also they have some pretty great bottles/containers too.

What a great little shop for tea and spices! The spice and tea shop near where I live closed down after losing their lease and we happened upon this one on Destin Fl while we were on vacation. The young lady who waited on us was very nice and I will be ordering all my yrs from them going forward. If you like loose leaf teas (black, oolong and green) I think you would love there selection. Plus they have a great selection of spices! Check it out if your in the Destin Fl area.

I loved my experience here! They have a little tea shop where you can purchase a cup of tea. Also, there are little "sample" jars of the spices, teas, and blends that you can smell so you can get a sense of the flavor. I honestly think I smell-sampled half the store. I got some tea too. Absolutely delicious and fragrant.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with the questions I had. Excellent selection too.

Just purchased a couple of teas on yesterday. Beautiful shop. Spiced Chai and super berry Trifecta. I live about 2 hrs away and couldn't wait to get home for a cup. Brewed the Spiced Chai as directed and this was the weakest flavored tea ever. I was hoping that because it was a bit expensive, that it would be a treat. Well.back to making my home teas. I gave 2 stars because I haven't tried the other tea as of yet. So disappointed!

My entire experience here was pleasant. Staff greeted me immediately and explained the store (as a first time visitor) despite being busy! Ton of variety and I found exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back!

One of my favorite tea shops, and in a great location, i love being able to go here right before/after going to a bookstore that is so conveniently located near the tea shop.

My tea was delicious however my partner's was weak.then they had to close the tea bar because they ran out of water.

Pricey but it's a great place to search for a gift for a beloved chef! You'll end up leaving with something for yourself too haha. The staff go above and beyond too.

I visited for the first time yesterday because I love tea and the variety and quality here is fantastic. I tried the Fireside Spice at the Tea Bar and bought a bag. I like being able to smell the teas before buying too, that’s what I did for Victorian Chai and I’m looking forward to it. The customer service here is fantastic too and I didn’t feel like they followed me around trying to upset me either. Will visit again!
