The Spot, Coral Springs FL

If I could leave zero stars I would! This is the second time I’ve been to this establishment and it will be the last time.
The first time was on Valentine’s Day. There were maybe 10 people inside and my boyfriend and I waited 30 minutes for drinks; which ended up being extremely weak. I asked for the $5 wing special which had been advertised on their IG page earlier that day, but they would not honor it. We ordered Calamari as an appetizer and after over an hour we still had not received it. Meanwhile other tables that ordered whole entrees slowly received their food. We ended up asking for our check and canceling the Calamari and still had to wait a long time for the check. The waitress then hovered over the table as if she was waiting for a tip when she hadn’t done that at any other point during the night. I understand they may have been understaffed, but the way we were handled could have been better. Simply saying “we only have one cook and orders are taking longer than usual to come out” would have sufficed.
Tonight we came back to give them another chance and again a “manager” found it appropriate to say she didn’t want to repeat herself when asked because one of us at the table did not heard her. She then refused to take our order and sent another waitress over as if we’d done something wrong. For the price of the food and drinks the customer service seriously needs to be reevaluated. I was really hoping for more, but they did not rise to the occasion.

This place sucks. 13 dollars for one shirt and some even had a blue tag that were 50 dollars! And even if it had a blue tag it was 25 percent off, thanks we saw like two that had a blue tag. “the spot”? The only spot you’ll get here are the stains and spots on the shirts.they only have shirts too, and it smells like a retirement home fore raccoons.i swear one of the shirts there was used as toilet paper.save yourself some time and do not come here! Also, terrible customer service.we walked in and said hi and the person at the front desk ignored us.we were definetely the only customers you had today so you might as well be nice to us.it was literally only us in the store

Loved the way they set me up, perfect for going back to school, and getting a lot of clothing for a good price!

This place was super cool and the staff was very friendly! Also very clean
