Not bad. Only drove through and that was ok with me. Not too impressed but not turned off either.

If I could give zero starts I would. These people NEVER answer their phone and you cannot leave a message because the mailbox is always full. Same with the terrible management company. They say I owe a balayage and have reported this to experian. I do not owe any balance and now this is on my report and I am unable to qualify for another apartment. Absolutely no way to quickly correct this with their assistance because they basically do not exist. While I rented with them, my car was towed for no reason and the bathroom above me leaked down into mine no less than three times. It was disgusting and I could Wait to leave. I would not recommend renting here to anyone for any amount of time.

Angela in the office is the most professional manager I’ve ever had to deal with. Also I think the supervisors name is Joe he knows his stuff if one of the techs are stumped he comes over and explains how to fix it and gets it done quick. I’m very happy I live here.

The office is closed due to covid. However no pamphlets outside to tell any prospective residents how much the rent is, if there's a waiting list or any of the kind. I called the number but there's no answer they also can't afford voicemail because no greeting picks up for you to leave one to make an appointment like the note says on the door. I look them up on the GPS thinking maybe I can look at their site and they don't have a website linked to this location (above) went on Google still the same.cmon it is 2022! Let be better than this!

Update: I also emailed and to date no response.

I have lived here for 2 months now and wish I never moved here. My #1 recommendation is to find somewhere else to live. The communication is severely lacking with this company. The 1st day moving in we had flooding, took over 2 weeks to have the issue completed and was not compensated in any way at all. I have a work out that had been open since Dec 2019 for my kitchen sink leaking, I have a bucket under there catching the water and even with reaching out to get a update I get no responde. Seriously just move somewhere else but here.

Due to COVID I had to renew my lease.sadly still hate it. I have kids in my home, no AC or water and requested emergency maintenance 4 days ago. A piece of my ceiling fell on me today and no one answers the calls! Called the police dept and filed a complaint with the Health Dept. DON'T MOVE HERE!

The only way someone can reach maintenance is to go to the office and tell them that there is a problem.after requesting emergency maintenance online. Even then they will just dismiss your case and claim they fixed it even if they didn't. At best a resident will get their issue resolved in at least 3 months.

A/C broke down every three months for the first two years before someone actually replaced a part to fix it. Leaks from upstairs neighbors flood my apartment on a regular basis. No one in the office answers the phone and unless you're personally friends with maintenance staff it takes a long time for them to come around to fix things. If you own a dog who is scared of fireworks don't move here because every time the Threshers win a game it's like the fourth of July in your backyard - sometimes two or three times a week. The windows can't be opened without having to pray that you'll be able to close and lock them again after. It's too expensive to move and we feel trapped in this third-world squalor of an apartment complex.

Very nasty places
I was searching for apartments in the area and the location is great but as soon as I drove in I wanted to “U” turn out. Trash everywhere and very low maintenance place. I spoke to someone living there for a few months and he told me it was a big mistake.
I uploaded some photos. That’s basically what you see outside almost every apartment.

They did not give me a Resident Parking sticker because they ran out, and then they towed my car! I had to pay $180 to get it back.
The Asst Property Manager, Kevin Jeffcoat, said he wasn’t authorized to give me a refund, plus he refused to tell me who would be authorized. Then I never heard from Kevin again and it’s been 2 weeks.

I have done a home health case here and my son lives here. One thing I can tell you is management is very sloooooooooow about fixing things. When my patient a/c went out last summer, it took 2 days to get someone to come look to it and another 3 to get it fixed. My son put in a work order for his stove 2 months ago and no one has even contacted him. Dumpster area is disgusting. I don't think I have ever seen it where the trash isn't flowing into roadway. They require a parking pass to park in complex and visitors are required to park in visitor spots. They will have your car towed. Problem is that half the visitor spots are taken up by people with parking passes and management allows this to happen. I only reason I didn't get this place a 1 is it has nice landscaping.

Unless you like roaches, a management that doesn't get back to you, and a maintenance that ignores service requests, do not stay here. The management ignored my maintenance request for the A/C for 3 days, the screens on the windows & doors were put in for 3-4 times and ignored, roaches are asked to be taken care of weekly and ignored regularly, and many other issues I had to threaten to call the local Board of Commissioners in order to get something done about it.

I'm still waiting to hear back about getting my security deposit back. I moved out on 12-30-2020, it is now 08-09-2021. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Apartments itself are decent but management is one of the worst, the complaints rack up and no one answers them until you complain about 9 times, I've had a leak in my ceiling for about 3 months now and with the 6 complaints we have made we still haven't gotten any help, we had to put a bucket under it so the rain didn't flood our house, we have been requesting pest control for 5 months now and surprise surprise we haven't gotten that either, don't come to these apartments until they get new or improved management

A/C broken for the majority of last summer. Maintenance is a joke just like the office staff, like an actual nightmare. Car towed, garbage left all over, unsafe feeling all the time, high crime not safe for someone to live alone! Very unclean we paid to end our lease early because of the mistreatment and horrid living conditions in the complex. Lesson learned for sure.

Do not live here, me & my other female roommates were constantly harassed by the security they have for this complex. One night I was trying to meet my friend in the front because that’s where her Uber destination was. 2 security guards one white one Hispanic started following me asking me questions, making me walk back to my exact apartment to show them where I lived when they did not have that right. His excuse was “well someone who looks this young as you walking around at night & we need to make sure you live here” I was wearing a robe to go get my friend? Does it look like I don’t live here?

Absolute garbage management, we have been asking for help of a serious issue of water damage to our roof for months and still haven't gotten help, instead we have had to put buckets under so we don't get flooded

If you notice any 5 star reviews around November 2020 to January 2021, they were having a contest for leasing agents to win gift cards based on how many 5’s they received- which they requested during the tour… most are not even from residents that have lived here.

I only give a 5 because of Kevin. He has always been very truthful, makes us feel welcome and has great communication! I prefer to deal with him only!
If I had the ability to give 0 stars for maintanance I would. They do not fix things correctly the first time and constantly “patch up” “ quick fix”. I would like to see a change in that department for the betterment of the residents and community. They drive around in those golf carts together all day and/or are parked somewhere. Supposedly a leasing agent put in an emergency order to come and fix my A/C- well I am still waiting!
The ONLY maintanence person that does anything is Georgie. He always tries to help but his hands are tied based off of what he is told to do. He always says hi and is friendly. Thank you to him and Kevin.

**update- this place has changed ownership and worse then ever. The sewer cover (which faced my kitchen window from the parking lot) was constantly over flowing- all we smelled was sewer- there were condoms- toilet paper coming out etc.disgusting! It constantly was like that and they do NOTHING!
This Sam in the office has absolutely NO idea what she is doing (very passive aggressive)
The hole in my a/c closet (they broke the wall) has NEVER been fixed. This has been like that since Dec. 2020. Maintanence will mark your work order as completed and have never come out to address initially.
There is constant garbage in the parking lots- dog feces everywhere. It is disgusting. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
The gym has been closed since March of last year- no security etc.stay away from this place and seek elsewhere. Its awful. The sub-flooring is horrible (I could actually here the upstair neighbor snoring from my room!
** The photos below show the over flow of the sewer drain and the a/c hole where a towel was stuffed so our a/c doesn’t leak out.
