Whenever I run into any issues the front desk is always helpful in quickly resolving them.

I wanted to say thank you to the staff at The Standard! You all have been so helpful since day one - willing to help in all situations. Thank you Victoria for going above and beyond! You are such an amazing leader to your team. Brandon was so helpful when we moved my daughter in. Austin and Kyle have been amazing with our reassignment. It is nice to know that you are not just helpful when someone is signing, but you are there the whole way through. Thank you for everything!

Lived here my sophomore year and have met so many people from using all of the amenities. All of the amenities are really nice and the pool is a super social place to meet people!

The parking is a trap. My car got towed and I was fined for $172 only becuase I parked my car at a spot with a C sign. How could anyone relate 'C' to a reversed parking space? I would say 'C' mean customer. There is absolutely no other signs saying this is a reserved parking area. I strongly suspect it is a trap to rob people's money.

Living here was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The complex charges several large add-on fees that they don't clearly inform you about and they were not very good with addressing concerns. During move in, there was work still being done in my room, and I was reassigned to another sublease before being notified. The room I moved in to had eviction photos on the door when I arrived, and the folks at the front desk seem to have not communicated with one another at all. The hallways, bike room, and elevator are always filthy. And, the office staff lacked in good communication. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they kept you me in the dark with several things and continued to charge me for things over my short stay over here. Additionally, the walls were paper thin, and although the area around was not very safe. Often, there would be people engaging in illegal activities on the roof.

Figured I'd post these here now that I don't live here. Move out process was horrible, and during my stay I had mold issues very shortly after I moved in and maintenance never did anything about it. I put in maintenance requests for damages to the paint on my wall from a command hook. I spoke with them and they told me not to worry and I won't be charged because they repaint anyways. I put in a maintenance request anyways because they told me to do that if I was concerned, and my maintenance request was cancelled and they said it would be covered during move out. So I let it go. Come move out they charged me over $300 for something they told me wouldn't be an issue. I have all the documentation from everyone I spoke with telling me I wouldn't have to pay. They said they would call me back with a manager but it's been over a month and I have yet to receive a call from anyone. This place wasn't too bad to live but the move out experience has been the worst out of any places that I've ever lived and they will rob anyone they can to make more money. And the rooms are horribly small and the carpet in the rooms is "replaced every year" or so I was told when I moved in, the carpet was absolutely filthy and I had to get a carpet cleaner to get it to look somewhat better. They will rob you! Live anywhere else but here!

If I could give this place a negative-10 I would! Beware of when your lease ends because they will harass you with the fees. Don’t expect to get any deposits back. We had a zero balance paid in full and they’re still coming up with ridiculous fees. Do not recommend this site.

The standard amenities set it above all the other apartment complexes around the area. I love the new kitchen appliances made cooking very easy. This place has everything you need from study rooms to 24/7 gym access. Could not imagine living anywhere else

The Standard has charged my daughter cleaning fees for pet odor when she has no pet but her roommate did. Also they charged her for a minor touch up when she reported before she moved in. I sent an email to the Standard and when in person to speak to the site manager mrs Victoria Smith and she was on top of it and reversed the charges with a smile. I can’t thank her enough for her quick action and wonderful customer service

I just wanted to share my experience dealing with the Standard Tampa.
At first I was a bit disappointed about The Standard headquarters constantly changing the rules about subleasing fine and increasing the rent fees but when I dealt with the employees at the Standard Tampa they were very understanding and very professional. Today, I spoke to Victoria and she was very helpful as far as breaking down the procedures for the subleasing and went above and beyond to reassure me once my daughters find the new tenants she will assist in other steps. I was very impressed with her understanding and didn’t have to say a word. Job well done Victoria and to your staff as well. Keep up the good work

Our truly outstanding experience at The Standard Tampa has been made possible in no small measure by their world-renowned management and staff.

Victoria Smith - Resident Manager extraordinaire - tirelessly demonstrates her personal commitment to the health, well-being, and personal fulfillment of residents and guarantors alike. Her management style reflects a refined and delicate combination of high emotional intelligence and interpersonal grace - even when tackling conflicts with a high propensity for emotional volatility.

It was with some of my own delicately confidential and highly-nuanced matters that I was able to fully appreciate her unwavering leadership and commitment to a swift, effective, and equitable resolution for all parties involved.

Without reservation, I would personally and professionally endorse my experiences with Victoria to any resident or guarantor that was even casually considering living at The Standard Tampa. It is dedicated employees such as herself that truly embody the essence of The Standard's tagline, “Living above the rest! ”

If you’re looking for a place you can only afford paycheck to paycheck (as a student) thats filled with blondes with fake tans that rely on their parents money, this is the place to go.over 1k per person when living with 2 other people. And again, most the girls are unbearable.dont get me started on the guys.
