Unprofessional staff and inconsistency with the time of operation, which led to me making a vain trip twice without an apology, but an excuse for miscommunication when mentioned. I can not recommend this place.

I will not recommend this tutoring due to an incident which my 7 year old son was grab by his arm by the Directors daughter, causing him scratches and nail puncture, and then they are denying that the incident even ever occurred in their facility. My 9 year old daughter also was there and she witness this incident, and my son also told me how he seen one of the staff hit another student. I believe both of my children. The director should be more aware what goes on and stop trying to cover up, this type of incidents, calling themselves advocates of children, They should be ashamed of themselves. And on top of all this they did not want to refund $300 dollars worth a week my children never attending their site, All because I terminated services due to the incident in which like any parent, will not feel comfortable continue service there. So they took 1-week $300 plus $100 enrollment, too expensive to have your child being maltreated by incompetent staff. The Director can judge and criticized an angry parent all day for its behavior, but you should check her staff of how they handle this situation and argue back and forth. And FACTS: they don't communicate with teachers that's a lie! I had to push for this issue, until finally they ask for the teacher to write her phone number. At this point a reply to my review would be useless because quite frankly I don't believe or care what they have to say their actions said it all.

Not a tutor place. More like homework help. And I know places that do that for free. My daughter kept coming home with the wrong homework done. Plus she didn’t go for one day and they took my $30 credit smh. The long message written below is a bunch of excuses. I was told INITIALLY that they contact each students teachers to make sure they’re on track…. Lies! My daughter is only 7 she had homework but never wrote it down on purpose. That was for the tutoring place to double check. EVERY TIME SHE WENT THERE SHE COULDN’T TELL ME What SHE LEARNED. Plus she said she saw one of the teachers hit a student. SMH! This place is perfect if your looking for a place to drop off your child but not to further educate them.
