The Sugar Barn at Flying Osceola Ranch

Today, I was apart of a beautiful wedding as a bridesmaid at the Sugar Barn in Lake Wales, Florida. This place is so wonderful and unique in every way- I have been to so many weddings in the last couple of years and this by far has been my favorite venue. This venue is a mix between southern comfort, and chic- with high ceilings and all authentic wood throughout the structure. The bridal suite was by far the largest and most accommodating suite I have been a part of. Definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting married in Florida!

I was in this venue last weekend and my experience this venue is so gourgeous, with a beautiful and new kitchen, bar area, the outdoor space for the cocktail hour was Incredible, and they have differents set ups like farm tables, luxury and clear tables with lighting (you can choose what kind of wedding you want), Bill was Amazing with us…
Me like wedding planner im very demanding with my logistic, my vendors, and set up… and bill helped me all the time, he permit me the hours the we need for set up and more time for breakdown…
My personal opinion like wedding planner and also like guest, I will recommend the sugar barn for my futures weddings…

Beautiful place but the Owner is intolerant, incomprehensible. He did not comply with what was established in the contract. Bad wedding experience the last week. It's unfortunate because the place is beautiful

I was fortunate enough to shoot at the Sugar Barn Venue and I can’t recommend them enough! The entire layout is thoughtfully designed towards the perfect photos for your wedding day. The owners are some of the sweetest people alive & they truly cater to their brides, making sure YOUR day is perfect. I cant wait to continue working with them & capturing more stunning images. If you’re a perspective bride, stop looking— THIS is your venue. (Also 100% looking at the sugar barn for my own wedding hahah) ️

I got married 11/26/22 and the The Sugar Barn staff made sure our day was everything we ever dreamt of! They treated us like family throughout the entire process, and I will forever recommend everyone I know to this venue! The bridal suite was a dream come true with natural lighting, plenty of space for hair and makeup, an in suite bathroom, and plenty of space for everyone! All my vendors complimented me throughout the entire wedding day about how well thought out this venue was! The catering kitchen is HUGE, and the grooms cabin is the perfect man cave! We are so thankful to have gotten married here!

Barn was very nice and beautiful but owner Bill and his wife were very rude and must dislike hispanic people (mind you) they held 3 hispanic events but have yet to even post them). They were behind guest constantly. For them to be owners they were walking around wearing jeans and tshirt very unprofessional especially to be capture in video or photos. Talking to guests and telling people what to do. He also started cleaning the tables at 10: 30pm, telling the married couple to cut it short. They rented venue till 12am. He wouldnt even let family through to drop off beer or alcohol. Had even lie to say all beer/wine was already load and put up. Would never recomend this venue especially for $9500.

Amazing venue! I’ve done hundreds of weddings through the years and this is by far the most beautiful one yet! The owner Bill is awesome and hands on. Top notch!

So beautiful! Had a great time. Very elegant and to the point. Not all the unnecessary extra stuff. I loved it! I attended a wedding but I may rent it myself.

Lots of pretty photo spots and Bill, the owner has thought of it all while building this gorgeous wedding space! Brides, have you seen the bridal suite? ! Dreamy! So much to see here! We had our wedding in October of 2022. We loved working with Billy and his team. The sugar barn was nothing but helpful. They really went the extra mile to make sure our day was perfect!

WOW! The grounds are stunning, no detail has been left out of the design of this luxury barn. If you are looking for a serene and tranquil venue this is it! The Sugar barn is well appointed especially the bridal suite which is 1200 ft. ². The groomsmen are not left out either as they have a separate private area for reminiscing and enjoying their day as well. I cannot say enough about the owner Bill, he is very hands-on and extremely accommodating. Bill has put his heart and soul into this dream venue. The ceremony area which is a canopy of old oaks gives needed shade and such a romantic ambiance. The patio is covered in beautiful Edison lights and is a great area for guests to gather for cocktail hour. It was my absolute pleasure to work as wedding planner this weekend. I hope to be able to share this beautiful venue with many other couples in the future.

I’m a local photographer in Lake Wales (LeyRe Photography) and I absolutely LOVEEEE shooting at The Sugar Barn! Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous to photograph, the staff is incredible at what they do and we always look forward to having a wedding there. You can’t go wrong with having your wedding here!

We attended the wedding of my friend's son to the daughter of the owners. This is an absolutely outstanding facility and I highly recommend it. Just beautiful and a barn is a stretch of the word. Bill and Julia are fantastic hosts and know how to make an experience memorable. They will handle the details so you won't have to. I used to work in the business so I've worked or attended hundreds of weddings so I look for the details and they have it covered.

Just attended my first wedding here, it's a SPECTACULAR venue. The ceremony area under the live oaks was so beautiful. This is not a rustic old barn turned into a wedding venue, it's a first class event space designed to look like a rustic barn. The fireplace and second story bridal suite make for some one of a kind photos. The food and service were also fantastic. This venue is on a private air strip, and the bride and groom were picked up by helicopter when they left. First time I have seen that. Congrats to Francis and Matt!
