The Summit Condominium Rentals, Panama City FL

My boyfriend and I recently went to Panama City Beach. We stayed at the summit and let me tell you it was so much fun.we enjoyed drinks at the tiki bar, ate at the adjoined burger joint, and enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean. Our server at the tiki bar, Nikki, was so much fun to chat with and made delicious drinks. I would certainly recommend to my friends and I will go back.

We booked through a third-party. The company (Summit) had me send over my information and sign a rental agreement. As soon as we came back, someone spent $4500 on our credit card. They also charged us an extra $200 for no reason. None of the beds were unmade except the king bed and I had washed and dried all the towels and sheets. There was no trash in the trash, cans, etc.the place was spotless, probably more clean then we arrived; so they have stolen $4700 from us in total. The man we spoke with has blocked two of our cell phone numbers and told us to report it to fraud. He will not give us his name or any information. Which tells me he does this very often because his conscious knows that the bank will give it back so he doesn’t feel like he’s actually stealing. The more I try to speak with this man, the more offensive he got, which told me he was guilty more and more. The police will be knocking on his door ASAP.

Lucked up on a private owner who rented us their condo and it was a Very Good Time!

Has a stunning view but that is the only thing nice about this place. No one to contact if something goes wrong, like if the toilet floods. Make sure you bring your own towels because they don’t provide enough and you’ll be washing towels everyday. The unit was dirty, bed like a rock. The staff are rude. You also have to pay for parking which they don’t tell you. The building is nasty and not well maintained. The building has 2 elevators so it’s a lot of waiting or walking up steps. If you want the price of luxury but stay in slum this is the place for you!

My daughter, and I stayed at The Summit for a week. We never had any problems. The room was great, and view was amazing!

Wonderful location, clean grounds and building, friendly staff. Stayed in February, outdoor and beach activities will start March 1. Clean beach, fantastic sunsets from balcony or beach. Only reason I didn't rate 5 star was lack of maintenance on common areas (elevators, laundry equipment, patio doors, window screens). Yes, I would recommend it.
